The Bad:I went here to study after reading a few reviews that it was infact a great place to study. Although the staff was friendly about it, I would not say it was great as it just lacked the atmosphere altogether. When I entered, I was the only one there.Also, just outside the entrance, it smelled extremely bad as if a dead animal had died there. Even though that's not their fault, it made the experience horrible as everytime the door opened, one could smell that.I ordered the Iced matcha latte which was not good. Too sweet and no taste.The Good:Service was quick and staff is friendly.Free Wi-Fi too.

My first time visited this location because passed by so dropped by to get a free birthday drink. Wasn't busy, nobody inside. The staff was really friendly. The place clean and looked really nice to sit inside so next time we will dine in. Thai milk tea with pearls is my favorite bubble tea ever and they make the best at Chatime. I tried at many bubbles tea shops but nobody can beat there taste just like I had back home in Thailand. I am a fan of Chatime for so many years and never disappointed me.

Another great place to get some boba. Spacious interior makes it a good place to enjoy your drink.I usually get the roasted milk tea with pudding. No sugar no ice. It’s the best I’ve had so far compared to the other boba places. The pudding here is the best. Bubble world or pearl fever coco etc. All their pudding has the consistency of jelly but chatime pudding is the best.

Really disappointed... Despite me being there 15 mins before close, being rude and making my drink to poor quality, is unacceptable. I ordered the Taro milk tea. As you could see in the photos i posted it was lumpy and curdling. either the milk tea was off or they did not stir or mix the taro well... it was just made wrong...The barista was also rude when rushing to take our order. I get it, they need to clean up, but that's what you signed up for. There's no reason they should have made our drink wrong with 3 of them workingI tried reaching out to their facebook page and waited for a response but nothing.

The cafe is mostly clean and service is excellent. The place is mostly empty with a few customers being present. I hope that it'll be able to maintain the cleanliness in the near future.

They take the longest time for a bubbled tea and when you ask they said ahh we don't have anymore bubbles so we have to make them but is been 10 or 15 mns but they don't tell you until you ask so service need to improve and is pretty pricey.

Come here often for the popping pearls and also their house milk tea is great. Their milk teas have a roasted/smoky flavour that I love. It is a bit on the expensive side for what you get. The tapioca pearls aren't the best but not bad. It is normally empty and quiet every time we go and nice to sit and enjoy our drink inside. The customer service is hit and miss.

One of our go to places for chai time in Surrey. Consistent each time we go and to other stores with fresh pearls/jelly. Always fast and get to order and go right away. Always order mango qq (one of my favourites) and the Thai milk tea is always good here as well-another favourite on the list. Roasted brown rice milk tea is another good one!

The tea is strong and the pearls are sweet and chewy - overall, the milk tea is good. However, the sizes are tiny compared to other places and it is more expensive. The flavour isn't good enough to justify the high prices, small size, or coming here again.
