The Tile House

Fantastic selection of very well priced tile. Had a really hard time sourcing affordable high quality materials for my bathroom reno, and stumbled upon this place, and they had everything I needed at 1/3rd the price of most other places.

Very nice selection of different varieties of tiles and all the tools and accessories you need for a project. Additional * for the super friendly and knowledgeable staff . Looking forward for my next project.

Today was the first time I went to this store and the worst customer service I have experienced. I felt discriminated. The item was in front of me in the checkout counter and when I was about to pay the sales guy named Dave just took it and said it was already purchased by someone else. He didn’t bother to apologize. He just went straight to the backdoor with the item. The woman that was dealing with me didn’t do anything. Dave returned to the counter and told me to just pick other color as the one I wanted is now a backorder. Why didn’t they do the proper inventory before selling the item? It was so upsetting that someone just snatched something from you and was just okay about it. The way he dealt with me was so racist.

Huge warehouse and massive selection of tiles with very competitive pricing if not better than most other shops. Knowledgeable staff to assist with tile selection. Can bring home samples before choosing tiles.

I’ve never experience such a horrible customer service. I went in with my partner to look for tiles and materials for our bathroom. Spent 30 mins in the store and not one person approached us to help but when we approached them they said they’d help us as soon as they’re done with their other customers ( which was fair ). What really put me off is how they somehow found the time to chit chat with one another by the cash register for long period of time and not eager to help us right away . We ended up leaving and finding another local tile store where we were helped as soon as we walked in the door.Safe to say, I will never be back here again and have warned our friends and family to stay away. Very disappointed.

Simply they have the best collection ever... I mean I used to go to home depot for backsplash but this place has even a bigger, better collection

Had a great time picking tile and the customer service was beyond exceptional. The deals are great but the customer service will keep you wanting to buy more tiles :)

Great experience getting tile. From supportive individual attention while selecting the right tile to five star service upon pick-up, this was a great place to shop.

Went to a number of tile stores in the area and this one was the best. Huge selection, good prices, comfortable environment to browse options, knowledgeable staff ready to help, and fair dealing.

When I went in the store there were tons of staff available but no one approached to help, and every-time I tried to ask for help they simply just said they were busy. Took about 45-minutes to get helped and when I did no one was that helpful or knowledgeable on their products.I placed an order and was told I would be given extra just to make sure i had enough to cover the space and they recommended I get more then my contractor said I needed. I was also assured it would be no worries as I could return the extra but would just need to pay a restocking fee.I went to return the items today and the girl working the desk was quite rude and was told they would look if it matched a skid, but returns needed to be within 21 days. I do not recall this sign being up there last time and this is a frustrating policy to have as renovations take time.Overall I would recommend avoiding this place and personally will not be buying tile from them in the future. Please beware of the ridiculous return policy and from my experience the staff are really disinterested and rude.
