they are thief and Lier. they took off the center cap from my friends tires before delivery and did not putt original windshield on tesla.

Liars!!...We went to this dealer to buy a used vehicle. They told the vehicle is gone and after few hours the vehicle was still available. Called them again from my friends number and was told vehicle still available. They probably preferred to sell it by financing rather than cash... Totally dishonest people!!

Two tiers to my review. The first, sales, excellent transaction with Maxime the sales director, true gentleman. The second, service, follow-ups, returning calls, customer satisfaction, terrible and non existant. This is for a Grand Cherokee Summit reserve 4xe. Your call, either you choose a dealer for the sale, OR, you forgo the sale experience and settle for what comes after GREAT customer care and service.Would not and will not recommend this dealer going forward.

As with most dealerships now, most of their correspondence is done with a third party. After which you set a day and time to see the vehicle in question. I confirmed an appointment to come see the vehicle on Saturday afternoon. My arrival was well greeted and friendly. The sales rep at first seemed lost and was asking me what vehicle I was there to see. I said that my appointment was to see the demo model of the Durango 2022. So when I went outside to see the vehicle it was not as it was optioned out as it was on their website. Actually far from it. Also the interior was rough for the price that they were asking. I voiced my disappointment on how this vehicle is not what is described online with the images or options listed. I then asked to see another model that according to their system was indicated as being on the lot, but in reality was being used as a curtesy car. to whom I have no idea if it was a sales person or a friend of someone at the dealership. So two vehicles one not as described and the other not even their. As for the price of a demo it was over priced versus what the window sticker indicated online. I ended up purchasing elsewhere and got a much better deal. Forget chatting with people online. Call the dealership directly. Call to ensure that the vehicle is there even before leaving your home. Lesson learned, but in my case forced me to look around more which in the end gave me a much better deal.

Terrible experience. They canceled the sale to me because they claimed I was too difficult. I agreed happily. Long story short, there were repairs needed on the vehicle and I wanted to ensure that the repairs were done by having them listed on the final sales contract. They refused and said I could trust them that's why they have been in business so long. With home delivery I could not sign this contract before taking the car to my garage, as I had described to the dealer before signing a promise to purchase. The promise to purchase did include the repairs discussed. The problem is this: the final sales contract states that all other agreements are void once it is signed. Legally, by signing the contract without the changes I wanted, they didn't need to do a single repair and I would have had to pay for the vehicle regardless.

This has got to be the worse dealership I have ever deal with. Was planning on buying a BMW I8 from them. Called them 6 times. One time they told me it was sold then my wife called and they said it was till available. They told me they would call back.. called backed once and said they would get a manager that can deal call me . Never did. This is for a car they wan tto sell. This is the type of service you get before they sell to you. Can you imagine the service you would get after they sell to you? We will buy another bmw from a different dealership. All the negative reviews are correct. Bad service and zero communication.
