I took my 8 month old Giant Schnauzer in for a bath and full groom. I've never taken a pet to PetSmart for a groom before but after being dissatisfied with a home groomer who cut his entire body the same length, I decided to try a groom here.From the time I arrived the groomer was very friendly and kind. I brought the wrong paperwork for his vaccinations by accident and she just called the vet to verify with no problem.She was really positive and seemed excited to see him. I was a little worried about whether the groomers there would no how to do a proper GS show dog cut after my last experience (and the fact the GSs aren't an overly common breed). She assured me she knew how and described what lengths different parts of his body would be, which gave me confidence.I picked him up 4 hours later and couldn't have been happier with the results. He looked like he belonged in a show. She did exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be returning here for grooms.

Liked the staff there as they were friendly and were listeners. They have variety of fishes there to buy but not so much but that's understandable as they variety of fishes are thousands in numbers. They have good variety of fish tanks and decorato es for them as well as the variety to pet lizards and Chameleons. Overall good place to visit as long as you have knowledge of the needs of the pets that you have.

Very large store with lots of selection. The store is always well stocked and clean. Most of the staff here are also super friendly. Sophie is super, super sweet, and very knowledgeable about fish. Best petsmart I've been to

A nice store. The prices are somehow a bit high, however you can find some good stuff for your pet. It would be nice if they would have more healthy foods for the pets. Now they have the PureBites that my pets love (both my dog and my cats), however it is the only one. They offer training/obedience classes for dogs, however I did not yet have the chance to take advantage of it. The toys for dogs are interesting too.

The staff is very helpful and you can tell that they care about the animals in the store. When we went to pick up our leopard gecko, the staff member who helped us was probably more excited than we were. She took the time to answer all our questions and spoke about all the reptiles that she has had, giving us suggestions and advice to get us started.The store is clean and organized, so it's easy to find what you're looking for. Their return policy is fantastic, and you never have to worry about being given a hard time if you bought the wrong thing or your pet didn't like something you tried.There is also lots of parking and it's at a main intersection, so it's easy to get to. I'm happy to return here for any of my pet's needs.

Getting rid of pet perks cards and asking for people's private phone numbers.... ick gross new policy.... avoid if you don't want your information stolen... refusing to keep customer's information safe...and where is the cat food? Shelves are barely stocked.

Staff generally available if questions need answers while in store, checkout is quick and second til opened when lineup gets long. Parking is easy. Pet food price in the cat section is competitive with wide product selection. Cannot speak to prices/selection in the other pet sections

Very unprofessional and rude grooming staff.Had an appointment for my Husky and when they saw him they literally made up three excuses why they can't take him. Looks like it's a lot of work for them they didn't want to bother. Wasted my time there with lies and attitude from the the staff there.The manager came (without asking) and was friendly and professional. The store staff are really friendly and helpful. Just don't waste your time at the grooming service.They really should replace the grooming staff with professional, friendly and well trained staff.

Had the pleasure of visiting the store and was assisted by Sophie. We shared our love of fish as she helped me with locating products to help better the health of my friends fish. What a nice girl. Thanks Sophie, it’s nice visiting this location knowing that they employ real helpful people

There’s planarian in the shrimp tank. This pest will kill the shrimps. Notified employee who was changing water for betta fish and they don’t seem to know what that is. Please treat the tank.
