Centre Animal Hospital, Cold Lake

Cold lake Centre Animal Hospital is the absolute best. I couldn’t say more great things about them. My cat had an accident almost 2 months ago. I had called them the morning after to see if I could bring her in and they almost immediately took her in. They were beyond kind and caring. They did nothing but reassure me and made her as comfortable as she could be. Today because of their care you’d never know anything had happened. I now bring all 3 of my animals (2 cats and a puppy) here and they all absolutely love it! A

DO NOT GO THERE.There was a life threatening emergency with our cat, she was lethargic, not eating, etc… we asked for help on a Sunday. The guy answering told us that because we weren’t clients, we couldn’t bring her in. (We just moved here).Then he said “if you’re having an emergency, then go to Edmonton”, and right away hung up on us.So we went to the other vet, who took her right away. Turns out our cat had a liver and pancreas problem, which was urgent.The next day, we needed meds after their opening hours, and they left some through the back door(the other vet), and told us to take it and pay them another time during their opening hours.Really, if you want someone who cares about your pet, don’t go to this “hospital” - apparently money comes first, not your pet. Seriously, go to the other Vet - they also have way more reviews, and better ones.

Melissa, Mikaela, Danielle and Dr Greg are amazing. It is always an enjoyable experience when we go there.Dr. Slipclark and Dr. Benoit went over and above to take care of our 5 1/2 month old mini schnauzer when he needed emergency surgery. We appreciate all of their expertise and knowledge. Thank you for being a vet hospital that we 100% trust taking our furbabies to!

Called for a new appointment with Melissa - my dog has an ear infection, could not get me in for a week! Didn't care that my dog is in pain - nothing she could do for a week!

This is an amazing place to bring your animal! My wife had our first litter of kittens and brought them here. The staff was amazing! You could really tell the vets had passion for the job they were doing. I 100% recommend this place for anyone who is looking for great vet care at an affordable and very reasonable cost!

Way better then cold lake vet! They care about your animals and will help when you have an anxious pup. Amazing staff as well, highly recommend
