Pretty decent bubble tea. I used to love getting the 3P milk tea, but they’ve since changed the sago into these long chewy worm like things. Disappointed in that but otherwise, their drinks are good!

TPTea has always been a bit more expensive, but their drinks are well made. Quality of the work is very good. Will always come back here and I’m glad that they have this location here too.

Won a giveaway from TP Tea to try their new grapefruit series and they're both SO good! The grapefruit iced tea w/ aloe was my favourite and I just found it super refreshing. It was also my first time trying this place and I'm already impressed haha. I'll for sure come back to try their other drinks! Thanks for having me :)

I love TP Tea! Very flavourful. Amazing. Lots of parking and quick service! Friendly staff. Wish there was more locations, best cup out of all the bubble teas spots! You need to try salt cheese!

The pearl milk tea was not as good as I expected considering I paid $8.50 for it. Chatime is better and they charge only $7. Service was just okay. I also ordered regular sugar but the guy there pressed 50% sugar. I was the only customer in the store and after the person finished making the drink, they focused on washing the bottles first and talking to his co-worker rather than giving me my drink. Left me standing there for about 5 minutes when it should’ve took 2. Definitely won’t be coming back as their competitors have better price and service :(

Great place for an exotic experience for your tastebuds. Normally I go to other popular bubble tea chains, but drove by TP Tea and thought I'd give it a shot. The bubble tea (BBT) was a little pricey ($8.50 for the mango pomelo sago tea jelly), but totally worth it. With the normal feel of a typical bubble tea, TP Tea offers premium toppings with their drinks which adds an additional dimensiom of flavour. The high-quality toppings justify the higher price tag. Overall, not your place for quick, cheap BBT, but an excellent choice if you're feeling something great and different. Would come again.

I went to this store with the happy feeling until I saw the lady who is a cashier. She had a bad attitude to customers.She rudely suggested ice/sugar and looked askance at me and my friends.I used to buy some in ThornHill location, it was a good experience. However, I am totally disappointed in Vaughan location.Remember that at this time, nobody in this store, only me and my friends.I hope TP Tea team could re-work with employees and teach them how to serve customers.We pay for services, we don’t ask anything for free.Thanks.

The reason I had to give 2 stars is because last month I came for some drinks and they said their debit/credit machine isn't working but when I tapped the machine taken from my account 11.92 but they says its not working still. Anyway, I paid cash another 11.92 for the drink. I came back today to explain to another guy that the money hasn't been deposited back into my account yet. I was hoping 11.92 I could just replace with a new drink instead.. in the ends, the cashier offers to give ME 50% discount? What discount? Why would I want a discount when they owed me 11.92?? I'm very disappointed with how they handle it. I will never come back again.
