We've been using Brother's in Grime for over 10 years and have never been disappointed with their level of professionalism and quality of service. Mark and the team have simply been fantastic. They're always on time and go the extra mile to make sure everything is just right before they leave. If you need your carpets or upholstery cleaned, there's no one better to call. If I could give them a 6th star I would!

The whole experience from start to finish was great. I was able to actually talk to someone on the phone, initially to decide on company. It was convenient to get a quote over the phone and book. Work was done on agreed day and in timeframe estimated. The cleaner was on time, professional and appeared confident in his skills. He explained the process, asked if there were any stains or difficult areas that needed special attention. Carpets were cleaned to our expectations. On site payment was easy. I also thought their web site was easy to use and informative. Would definitely use Brothers in Grime again.

This is the second time in the past few years we have used Brothers in Grime to clean our carpets. The last time was to remove a massive stain (bowl of red punch spilt on our white carpet). Dion came over and removed all trace of it. Just last week Dion came again, exactly when promised, and did another fabulous job of cleaning our carpets to like new.
