I had an amazing experience with Jamie at The Wellness Warrior. She walked me through goal-setting and creating tangible habits that will help me achieve my goals. Her positive attitude and vulnerable, authentic style makes her extremely relatable. I'd highly recommend The Wellness Warrior to anyone thinking of working with a life coach.

I am so grateful that I took the leap to book three starting sessions with the Wellness Warrior. I had a specific goal in mind at the onset and Jamie was able to help me define my why and create tangible steps to achieve my goal. I especially loved how she met me where I was at and was able to provide so many resources to be successful.

My experience working with Jamie as a life coach was eye opening. Jamie and I worked together over a two month period to help me establish my goals and figure out how to conquer them. Her goal oriented approach was exactly what I needed as her method provides insight into creating habits and daily rituals that align with the greater picture.
