The Brick was recommended to me by a friend. When I went in, I didn't know a thing about mattresses. The sales person was great. She listened to my concerns, educated me enough to make an informed decision and she was really nice. I received extraordinary service from Michelle at the Brick in St Catharines. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Matt was our representative we were in contact with, he contacted us once and never responded. Didn’t tell us the status of our invoice which left us without a washer and dryer for two weeks. A random person signed off on the delivery, and gave the okay to not have it installed. Didn’t ask if they were the tenant just let a random sign off. No security measures in place. Also didn’t ask for the persons name so we really don’t know who it is. Nothing on the invoice states it is to not be installed. Don’t buy anything or get it delivered look at the bad reviews they’ll support that

The easiest shopping experience! Awesome service from Keith, all our questions answered, he also saved us $300 from the already good sales price.

I came to this store as a first-time buyer looking for some appliances for my first home and I had a great experience thanks to Hassan. He was very professional, patient and informative. He helped me find all the appliances that I needed while answering my questions with great detail. It can be very stressful to shop in big stores such as the Brick but workers like Hassan make me want to return to this store

If I could rate a zero I would! Terrible customer service from the service staff who set up the delivery of a bedroom set and the management. On the day of delivery the delivery staff did not even get out of the truck to validate anyone was home and left. Then when I called the store I was told I would have to reschedule the delivery. I called the store multiple times the acting supervisor was rude and condescending never taking accountability and never bothered to apologize consistently making it sound like it was my fault. At no time was I told if I didn’t pick up the phone the truck would leave. I was told the opposite that they would try to call but not to count on it.I attended the store the next day after multiple calls to the store to return the purchase was met by the manager Jessie was assured this was a one off the delivery team was a contract team and not regular staff. She assured me she would return the delivery fee not while I was at the store in front of her but after it was delivered. She assured me I could call her and email with questions or concerns. At this time I am still waiting for a response. This is an experience I share with my own staff about what not to do when dealing with customers. Take your hard earned money elsewhere where your purchase will be appreciated and you will be treated with respect. What a disappointing experience will never shop there again!

Five stars for their delivery service!The gentleman gave me a 20 minute notice, came near the beginning of the expected delivery time, brought the mattress and box spring in and to my room in 7 minutes too!They were civil, made me feel extremely comfortable (I’m a young woman and was home alone). Such a safe and comfortable experience. Very important to highlight! I also have a big dog, the movers were so friendly!10/10 experience.

Absolutely amazing! Hemant was super helpful and made everything so smooth and easy! He also was very honest and wasn’t just trying to make a sale. He wanted the best for us while helping us get what we wanted. Thank you!!
