Today I went to visit this shop after hearing all good reviews. I can not stress how disappointed I was with the jobs they performed. The boss was extremely rude and hostile towards me. They told me that I’d have my repairs fixed with no problems however my car stayed in the shop for 1 full week and the repairs were still not done. I eventually took my car out of the shop and he over charged me on one of the most simple jobs for a car. It was lies on top of lies they told me they fixed my frame however they did not even try to which I found out when I jacked up my car. Very poor customer service, very poor attitude and VERY unprofessional. I would not recommend to ANYONE.Reply: I did work for Neil for co op and to tell you the truth while I was there for co op he treated me well however I did not make a single dime off of my co op experience so he did not help me out financially in any way. I’m a paying customer and should be treated as such I was told by the desk man that it was fixed and to be ready for the road this morning however that was not the case. I hate to have to burn a bridge with these people and this company because I did have a very close and respectful relationship with them however he failed to update me about anything until I showed up thinking my car was ready. My girlfriends father is a mechanic and so is my father however due to circumstances they were not able to work on the car but they did inform me we got way over charged.

It's always a pleasant experience to have repairs done at this location. Neil and his team really care for its customers and it shows. Very polite, knowledgeable and courteous staff. I will be returning for regular maintenance repairs.

I would recommend this business. They were courteous and ready to start the service when I arrived, and 90 minutes later, they had accomplished the snow tire swap, oil change, a headlight change and an overall check confirming that my brakes, cooling system, etc were in working order, they billed me a reasonable amount. I shall return.

The staff here is friendly, knowledgeable and communicates very well. The service quotes are provided in a timely manner and are clear to the customer. It's a great place to get service as the staff are all very hard working and honest people. They also show enthusiasm and collaboration as a team to get the job done.I highly recommend them!

I changed all brakes, rotors and calipers and they didn’t want to be bothered to fill air for my tire - tire pressure warning on the dash.I installed all 4 Michelins tires with paying up most expensive price(all others sell by huge discounted price). They tried to fool me by telling to install broken shock spring(actually no crack at all).. Total scam……I highly recommend ‘High Creat Automotive’.It is a little hard to make early appointment for the work(they have too many loyal customers) but they find and fix any problems with professional manner with very reasonable charge.For the owners reply for me:• The tire pressure warning lamp was already on before I dropped my car there and I undoubtedly expected you fill the air if you see it.• I already checked all 4 shock coils with one of your mechanics in there and he agreed there was no broken coils at all with all 4 shocks.

Had a brake issue and the process to get it looked at was seamless and friendly. Loved the email with images and explanation. In the end, although the price was fair, being so close to Christmas I chose a lesser option but Action Green+Ross were more than understanding and no pressure was thrown my way. Totally understood my decision. I'm always looking for a place with good customer service, quality work and fair pricing. I will be going back in further when needed to see how the work is (hence the 4/5 stars).

I needed new tires for my truck. The service manager Neil was helpfull in providing the best tire for my needs. The installation of the new tires was started and completed within the appointed time. I will use this business for future service of my vehicles.

I have been seeming this active green and Ross location since moving to barrie in 2008. They have consistently been reliable , friendly, professional, and extremely reasonable with all repairs. Neil technicians and mechanics are efficient and honest when working in your vehicle and never affraid to answer question I haveI recently purchased tires from Neil and found his pricing very competitive and found an appointment quickly for me that worked for my schedule and it was completed on time.!I haven’t gone to any other mechanic since meeting Neil and I recommend to all my friends. It’s nice when you can go in and get honest advise and he never pushes extra stuff upon you but I found he finds that’s balance ensuring your car will need repairs to be running safely and smooth, compared to some dealerships and shops pushing extra stuff you don’t need right now and can wait.Go see Neil on Bryne drive, you won’t be disappointed.Thanks again Neil and gangKevin R and the family

I had my tires changed over this week and the customer service was excellent! I appreciate that they were able to work around my schedule. I also got great recommendations for tire replacements for our second vehicle which we will get done next week.

Excellent customer service. I trust this shop.I took our van in because of a noise while running. It turned out the engine needed to be replaced. Yikes. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and honest. They were reasonable with pricing and had already found a used engine as an option before they called to tell me the bad news.They made the best of a crummy situation. I will definitely be going back. Thanks Neil, Mark, and the technicians for all your work/help and excellent/reasonable/honest service.
