I have been a customer for almost 3 years. It was a great company at first but now they are getting worse at quality control. As I see these reviews it seems that new customers are very happy, perhaps older customers are getting the poor quality products. I am dealing with bad product at least once a month.

I wished they would’ve packed the items in a recyclable box rather than two big ugly plastic bins that I have to store in my house or porch for a week until they pick it up and drop another two off. Just an eyesore and waste of space. Other than that, I’m all for supporting local, however, the produce that I received (more specifically the root vegetables) all rotted within 1-2 days of receiving them. I did love the clementines and the bekers eggs are fantastic quality but the other factors do not make this subscription worth it for me.

I'm actually infuriated right now so I'm going to be as eloquent as possible.I thought I found a good *organic food delivery service and platform.I control when payments come out of my account, so I usually pay shortly after the time they are supposed to take the payment out to ensure that I've paid for one thing and not another.This company, makes contact ASAP by phone when that happens, which I'm fine with. I am not always monitoring my emails.Yesterday I was editing my basket, and today I signed back in to my account to learn that they've CANCELLED my order all together.They did not make any effort to contact me, which as they have learned (had they been paying attention) is best by *phone.Instead what person A) did was leave a note on my account to collect payment in advance (which I was not made aware of ) and then had person B) try to take payment (which I was not aware of) and then rather than taking the time to simply call me and let me know, which I would have actually been able to clear instantly on the phone with them, they cancelled my order because of it and then sent and email.Not one person, I repeat, not one person made an effort to simply call me and let me know that these are the changes they've made to my shopping account.So I come home on Saturday after noon, after running errands and planning the rest of my weekend around the fact that I was supposed to be getting a produce bin delivered, to find out they've taken it upon themselves to cancel it, and I will now not have an organic produce deliver at all for this week.I'm beyond disappointed and I feel disrespected and thrown to the wayside.

Great Organic Produce with ethical initiatives. My hope is that Large grocery stores begin to adopt these same principles for Healthier Food and Community oriented. Peace. Thanks Merci Miigwech.

I'm sad to see the negative reviews of people who just aren't patient, do not understand the process, or have no idea of the challenges involved in running a business.This is an absolute top notch operation, with great quality control and even better food. The prices are good, one of the biggest reasons we get it, and one of the biggest reasons why we recommend it to all our friends. So many delivery services give you poor value: Mama Earth gives you incredible value, saves you money, and gets you much better quality food then the grocery store. It keeps you eating healthy and we love it so much. My wife wanted to try. Initially, I was super skeptical that we would get enough value since we're on a tight budget. After the first box i was sold. Sold. It's incredible. Not enough. Good things I can say about it. Great work guys!

With inflation and costs at the big grocery chains, we're finding our food bill with Mama Earth to be a little less while getting high quality, direct to farmer produce. We're trying lots of different, fresh, seasonal vegetables which are hearty and healthy. There's little to no package waste and what little package waste we do get is compostable, returnable or easily recyclable.
