Dennis' NOFRILLS Coquitlam

I bought garlic bread from this store on June 30th with an expiration date of July 5th. On July 2nd I opened the bread and discovered more mold than I’ve ever seen. I was disgusted and disappointed as my dinner was ready and I had to then drive to the closest place and purchase new garlic bread, which is a Safeway 1 min car ride away. As the no frills is a 10 min drive, I didn’t want to drive there. When I reached out to no frills to tell them what happened they said they would not refund me the $3.99 as they didn’t make the bread. I couldn’t believe it and asked for my return to be escalated. The following day, another customer service representative called me and told me they were not responsible and that there was nothing they could do. I am beyond disappointed and disgusted with this company. As a consumer, it’s not my responsibility to make sure the bread doesn’t have mold. Especially when the expiration date is 6 days later. I would recommend no one shop here. I know I will never step foot in this store ever again.

Flyer states 2lt coke on sale but not 1 2lt bottle of coke to be seen. Thursday, Saturday or Sunday. Rather unusual for any grocery store not to have any Coke at all. Seems as if they may be withholding the stock. Scam if 2lt bottles return to shelf once the sale is over. An issue of trust in advertising. Not a happy customer.

I picked the flowers that had the $5 ones. When I went to the cash register it ended up showing $10 dollars. When I tried to explain that the flowers were in the 5 dollar bucket, the cashier and then the manager did it care and Started blaming the customers that they are just moving the flowers around. They should be better organized and maybe have someone check to see that the pricing is correct or give the price that is showing. Or Sepehr are the buckets better. Very poor customer service and did not really care about customer satisfaction. I really didn’t care about the price of the flowers just the customer service trying to make the customer happy was poor

I was always under the impression that NoFrills the offspring of Superstore sells their products for less or the same as the big brother. I was socked that sometimes they sell the product for more and it was confirmed by an employee.So watch what you buy and how much you pay for it even at NoFrills! It is not as discount as it seems!

Be careful about the things you buy from here (can foods and things like that) expiry dates. No frills is a store that is more of a clearance place. Many things are coming up to expiry. Thats why things are cheaper. Also vegetables are left out way to longer the point of rot. Its that old saying. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR

This is a great little store with great prices if you can only find parking. Staff for the most part are very helpful. Not always enough cashiers on sign of the times hard to get staff. The produce here is usually very good and fresh. Lots of good sale items.

I just went in to check it out. It is a pretty basic store, but I think that's the point of No Frills. Seemed to have what most would need & from what I saw prices weren't bad. I didn't have an opportunity to interact with staff so can't comment. Overall it was clean and bright.

I did like the fact that No Frills sold Fresh" Tomatoes for really good price. Though my problem is this. What kind of grocery store doesn't even let their customers use the restroom? Get your lazy employees act together and open your restroom and let customers use it! Other than that your tomatoes are amazing
