They are stealing money. They put a paper our car window without showing. we didnt think something wrong. They get 25$ for deposit nd they say they will refund when we leave from parking time slot. When we take our car there is a another rude woman. She is using angry voice. She said that there will be no refund because of the time we spent. We asked to look at the cameras, but the woman just yelled. We showed our car records. but she didn't listen and continued to yelling. Dont go there is not safe for u nd also your car! I am so sad. I have to use there cuz of hospital I will never do that again.

Awful and rude parking attendants who ended up keeping more of my deposit than they should have.

December 3rd 2019 attempted to use the dispenser at New market court Location because of Malfunctioning, I was not able to obtain a printed ticket and finally, I had to use another machine in the area and pay cash and later realized I was charged Tho Transactions X $ 6.00 each, and several times called them no anwer and twice told me will call me back and never did, disappointed and never suggest their service to any one. my transactions on my bank statement is below:PARKING SPECIALISTS QPS - TORONTO ON $6.00PARKING SPECIALISTS QPS - TORONTO ON$6.00

at 465 Davis Drive in Newmarket, Dispenser machine charged my credit card twice $6.00 each, without printing a permit, had to paid another $6.00 cash through another machine to get a parking permit, called and emailed them over 20 times no one answered the phone nor responded to email, i am still waiting for their response after 2 months.

Rude attendance and charged $25 for flat rate which is overpriced. I will not park here again. Terrible service.

Cheats. Left my keys. Lot says pick up before 5. I've been here since 442 and they were closed. Now I don't have keys and I don't have my car. Avoid this lot. There is a greenp across the street. They said that they had signs up. They did not.

It's fine if you are on their schedule, although the rates seem to be cheaper around the corner. Otherwise, the pay machine is very stupid. If you arrive at 5:55 pm, the pay machine will refuse to accept less than $22, but at 6pm you can pay $6 for the entire night until 7:00am. No option to pay for longer than 6pm to 7am or 7am to 6pm, and the posted grace period is 3 minutes. So if you're not there to purchase another ticket between 6:00 and 6:03, you could be towed. The rule is probably not strictly enforced, but in that case, the sign's only purpose is to cause inconvenience for honest, punctual people.

New rates but parking alwsy risky , staff is Rude doesn't care anything.
