Galette Park is located near Galette Ave. in Coquitlam. The clear and beautiful Coquitlam River runs through the park. In summer, it’s a great place to have fun with water. Especially in recent years, people suffer from extreme hot weather because of the climate change. The park provides the local residents with natural resources to survive from the bad situation. Many adults and children love playing in the water or on their inflatable boat, enjoying the cool water and happy time. A guy told me it felt like he was in a moving swimming pool.
