SpinHouse South Surrey & Recharge Juice Bar

I have been to several spin studios in Vancouver and was excited to try SpinHouse after moving into the area. I took their 2-week pass which was a great value to get in the swing of things. I went to a handful of classes and tried to get a different instructor every time. The staff and instructors are wonderful and always make me feel welcomed. Signing in is seamless and I really appreciated having my shoes ready for me in the cubbies.The classes themselves are amazing. There are some instructors I enjoy over others. Additionally, and this is my personal preference, that I appreciate an instructor that not only motivates its riders, but takes a moment in the ride to inspire them. I find SpinHouse does not really do this compared to other studios I’ve been to, but it is still a very good workout. I do also wish there were more times/classes available.Overall, it is a great, fun, experience and I will continue to workout there. I recommend SpinHouse if you're looking for a full body workout to great music.

I highly recommend their spin classes. All their instructors are really good and push your limits. Come here if you want a good workout!!The owner of the business is very friendly and accommodating. He has helped me in person / over the phone many times.

Spin house offers a great trial ride pass to get to know the studio, classes and instructors. All the staff is extremely welcoming and the variety of classes are great. The studio is very trendy and makes you feel ready to work. Love the mix of darkness and strobe lights with the great music that pushes you during the ride. Definitely an amazing workout for all activity levels from beginner to experienced. Highly recommend spin as a full body workout and spin house is an amazing place to try it.

Update (2022) Not much to update! Still a consistently great spot, well run, with lovely staff and instructors. Such a great work out, and the smoothie bar is an added perk for those busy days. There's always a variety of fitness levels present in classes which is great to see. Would highly recommend. I've tried out numerous spin studios since my original post and would have to say this spot is still my favourite!Original Post - I just finished up a 2 week pass here and loved it. The facility itself is really clean, they have lockers available onsite and useful extras like hairties and a water fountain to refill bottles. Their system is really well-organized including checking in, grabbing your shoes, finding your bike and clipping in. The staff are all pleasant and super helpful. Being new to spin classes I had to get help the first few times and never felt like a nuisance. Instructors are all decent, but I think everyone naturally prefers some just due to personal preference - I liked Zoe's classes and Brittany's classes. They were clear and concise with their instructions and had a good level of difficulty going. I tried out their juice bar once and loved how it's ready for you as soon as you finish class! As a student the intro offer is the most affordable for me.

The studio is cool and clean. The instructors are really energetic and have good playlists.

Tried for the first time today and had a blast. Definitely recommend trying it out. Music choice was great, facility is beautiful and has a great space for getting cleaned up after class. Juice bar and some cool merch onsite also.

I have been coming here since it has opened! Complimentary towels for class, dim lit room and superior management. Brittnay and Danielle always give me the class I need. Thank you for your consistency!

I have been going to Spinhouse for a few weeks now and I love it! The instructors are always so enthusiastic and friendly. I love the way each class incorporates different types of exercise (interval training, cardiovascular endurance, strength training, etc) and how each instructor has their own teaching style that still suits anyone and everyone. I also always feel very comfortable approaching any of the staff (both front desk and the instructors) if I have any questions :) The facility itself is clean and organized and everything seems to be very well thought-out! (such as the cold eucalyptus face towels wow I love) Keep it up! I will definitely be recommending this place to family and friends, it's a very welcoming environment for both beginners and advanced riders! Definitely will be my regular spin place!

I love SpinHouse so much! I am so happy I found it. It instantly became my work out of choice after my first visit. I was hooked after my first theme ride to Michael Jackson. All the staff are very accommodating and kind. The instructors are awesome and each brings something different to the table. I love all the diverse music each instructor brings as well. I really enjoy the inspirational coaching the instructors provide during the ride. It helps me to push and motivate myself. The lights in the ride room are so fun and I like how we ride in the dark sometimes. I am so addicted to their smoothie bar too. They are definitely some of the best smoothies I have enjoyed. I was worried at the beginning that I may get bored of spin or find it repetitive but that is not the case. The instructors do a great job of spicing things up. Love my studio #spinhousesquad
