Was great experience. Everyone I talked to made me feel like I owned the place. Super polite and very accommodating. I came in a day early(my bad). Was no issue. Quickly arranged my rental car and I was on the road in 15 minutes. Amazing!!! Great work on my car too. Highly recommend.

I recently had my door repaired and am very disappointed by the work done. After a few weeks the door handle seems like it’s about to fall off. Additionally the hinge connecting the door to the body seems to be improperly installed, as there is a loud clicking sound when opening the door.I feel like if I continue to use the door it may break. The factory door has none of these problems. Reached out to customer service but just got voicemail. I may consider changing this review depending on how they handle the situation.

Autopac claim - they were outstanding from estimating damage and going over my claim. They booked me in with a rental which picked me up at the collision centre. The estimator (Sierra) also advised me that if I had paint protection previously done that I had to open a part 2 claim which I did and will have to have that paint protection applied in 3 months. When my vehicle was ready they had it detailed and she went over the work and ensured I was happy with the repairs. Highly recommend this collision centre!

I am updating my review one last time from this repair. After miscommunication and missed items in the repair which had me not accept the vehicle, I did get my vehicle back in what looks like it was pre-accident. Great job on the body work, I am sorry how we were both frustrated with the alignment issues that delayed the repair more. I can also understand the business of repairing something expensive in an accident generally brings in customers that aren't too cheerful. So the body work looks great, thank you for subcontracting what was the issue and hopefully someone can buy a motorcycle in the future. Removing one star if I we do have business again maybe communication can be better.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.Based on their local reviews, I came here for a Pothole Claim, this was a mistake. My aftermarket rims required an estimate from an autobody shop after hitting a pothole. I dropped the vehicle off with the rims to be estimated at River City. I picked the car back up the next day and was told I would get a response/estimate in 1-2 weeks. Within this time, my car was vandalized (broken window/damaged door). I submitted another claim to this shop seeing as it would be easy to deal with one shop. I was told to drop the vehicle off the next Friday (2 weeks after the first claim). I didn't hear anything until I called in on Thursday for the rims claim (13 days after dropping the car off). I was told the Estimator had not touched the claim yet...after a back and forth, I was told, they cannot finish the first claim until they get the vehicle back for the 2nd claim". This did not make sense to me

River City Collision is one of the best shops in the city! Very professional & courteous! They helped repair my MPI claim in a few months but kept me updated on my parts orders. I highly recommend them. Jake is awesome!

First I want to say I purchased my truck at River City Ford and I have always been happy with me service and quick lane. This is the second time i have had my vehicle repaired at River City Collision. The first time I was completely satisfied. This time I was satisfied with the work itself and that they did a great job of cleaning the my truck. The concern I had was the lack of communication regarding how long the repair would take. They had my vehicle for seven days to replace the damaged tailgate shell. It sat in the same parking spot for 6 of those days while the new shell was painted. The only disassembly that took place was the small panel on the inside of the tailgate in 5 working days. So my issue is that the new shell should have been painted and all parts ordered prior to my vehicle being brought in for the repair. That would have reduced my loss of use to a couple of days vs seven days. I was never advised it would take seven days. The other issue I had is that I called several times on multiple days only to get an answering machine and received no call back. I had to call several times in a row before someone finally answered the phone. So in conclusion I was happy with the work that was done. I would recommend them for the work they do. However the communication and consideration to the time of loss of use left me wanting more. So my rating is 5 stars for the work but 2 for communication and job planning.

Extremely Poor Experience at River City Collision - Avoid at All CostsI recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with River City Collision, and I cannot emphasize enough how disappointing and frustrating the entire process has been. From the moment I brought my vehicle to their facility, it became abundantly clear that their level of service and professionalism was severely lacking.First and foremost, their lackadaisical approach to checking part availability is inexcusable. Instead of exploring multiple vendors, River City Collision relied solely on one vendor, which resulted in an excruciatingly long wait for the parts needed. It took months for the parts to finally arrive, and during that time, there was a complete lack of communication from the collision center regarding the status of my vehicle.When the parts did arrive, the incompetence of River City Collision became even more apparent. They failed to fix the vehicle correctly, leaving me with a subpar repair job. Despite numerous requests for assistance and attempts to reach out to them via calls and emails, my concerns were consistently ignored. It was only after I took matters into my own hands and contacted Manitoba Public Insurance that I was able to explore other options.As a result, I found a new shop willing to take on the repair, but they were understandably cautious due to their previous negative experiences with River City Collision. They agreed to work as a subcontractor, but even they have encountered difficulties in dealing with River City Collision. The new shop has discovered additional damage that is preventing the release of the vehicle, and they have been waiting for weeks to receive authorization for the next stage of the repair. Unfortunately, River City Collision has failed to respond to any of their phone calls or emails, leaving the process in complete limbo.What truly astounds me is the utter lack of customer service and communication from River City Collision. They have consistently ignored my calls and emails, demonstrating a complete disregard for their customers' concerns and frustrations. I cannot fathom how any business can justify treating their customers in such a dismissive manner.Given my experience, I cannot comment on the quality of their work, as my vehicle has yet to be properly repaired. However, based on the astonishing level of incompetence, lack of communication, and complete disregard for customer satisfaction displayed by River City Collision, I cannot recommend their services to anyone. Save yourself the stress and disappointment and find a collision center that values their customers and delivers on their promises.

Reception was very helpful and knew what I was entitled to under my insurance. They fixed my stone chip with no cost to me. I had previously been to an auto glass replacement shop and they told me the only thing I could do was windshield replacementGood to see a business with integrity and look after customers. Great service they even washed my car.

My bumper on my truck was replaced by them in April and all the panel gaps are off. They scratched the paint on my fender down to the primer during installation, the plastic isn’t seated or fitted correctly to my bumper on the bumper cover. It's all wavy and wrapped! all the clips are either broken or chewed up and some are even missing!Which I went back to them to have fixed in May. They said Oh
