Goldy is amazing. We had a dent on our bumper and only had a day to repair it before we went back to US. He fit us in his schedule and got it done. I'll recommend anyone in Vancouver area to him now.

It’s the first time I have a car accident and need to claim it for ICBC. I even don’t know what a body shop is. I gave calls to several shops to consult about the procedure, they were all so rush and hang up the phone. Until I called to New Look Autobody Ltd, Mr. Sarb was so patient and explained everything to me. Furthermore, they are very quick and effective. I gave my car on Monday, and I get it back today(Thursday). They really do great job. I will definitely recommend it to my friends.

We are pleased with the owners' service & good customer relations. And to their staff as well.Since we only have one vehicle, they readily had a courtesy car ready for us. It was really important to have the work needed for our van's door to be replaced right away. I brought it in Friday & Ssrb & Goldy had it ready by Wednesday afternoon!
