My children both love Loyalist! They have learned so much. The coaches are encouraging, open, professional, and supportive. It is an inviting place and well supervised.

A birthday party NO! Cancelled our childs birthday 4 hours before his party do to snow. Who knew Canada got snow? Can you imagine telling your child your party is cancelled because it snowed last night. All done by email and no response following my email back. This is completely unprofessional of a company. Thank goodness for Artillary Park who quickly accommodated a last minute party for 10 children.

My Daughter had her 5th Birthday Party there in mid March. $150.00 for 2 hours. There was supposed to be a Coach or Leader to show the kids the equipment, and to ensure they had fun. Instead, the Coach" sat on the wall

Very disappointed. “Coaches” walk around with coffee, look like they would rather be anywhere but here, rarely help/give pointers to the kids (unless the kid already knows how to do flips) and instead just sit on obstacles swinging their legs and look like they’re avoiding doing any work. I had to go in and give my kid tips and assistance so that he wouldn’t keep face planting doing an obstacle - not once did the coaches say anything to him to help!
