They were responsive, informative, and provided excellent recommendations based on my specific water treatment needs.I also appreciate that Nelson Waters has been providing existing maintenance services, which indicates a long-term commitment to customer satisfaction. We have had an Eco softener obtained from Nelson about 17 years ago when the house was built. Recently I thought it wasn’t working as it should. Called Nelson Water and Mark came and assessed what the problem could be. Said a salt bridge was a likely issue and strongly recommended that the unit be serviced. Service technician Ryan came and took it apart and found other issues that needed fixing as a result of its age. Cost of parts, , one of which was no longer available, plus labour, was considered not cost effective. So, we ordered a new unit that was installed by Ryan, excellent job. We had our water softner installed by Nelson Water in our new home. Being newbies to well water, the staff at Nelson Water and their manager have always been very helpful and kind in helping us understand and adjust our water softner system. Our dealings with this buisness has always been very positive.

Choosing Nelson Water to install a water filtration system was hands down the best decision I've made in a while. They made the process very easy, from determining scope of work to the scheduling and installation. The technician that installed it was very professional and his explanations were top notch. Our water was in bad condition and we couldn't even wash our hands without a strong metallic smell lingering. Now we happily drink our water and it tastes delicious. I was very happy with the service provided by Nelson water. They were able to come out quickly when I called with a water problem and ordered parts and had the problem fixed within a week. They were friendly and easy to deal with. I will definitely have them back again.

Would highly recommend this company. We recently moved to an area with hard water and had no previous knowledge on the systems or water softeners in general. Everyone was so helpful and even the tech that came out to clean our system was so thorough and provided us with information. We will continue to go here for all our water services!

If you hire Nelson Water - make sure you pay with card ( not cash) and keep the receipt for the rest of your life as a proof of payment, because they might contact you a year later and accuse you of not paying for the service as they did to me.

The water quality is excellent and the driver was great. All in all, I'm satisfied with this company. I've recently reviewed my Post and I've been doing business with Nelson for a few years now. They've improved substantially with the Office staff and the quality of the water has never wavered. Surely recommend this company over other brands in the Ottawa area including the valley.
