I read all of the reviews and felt very comfortable with what everyone else was saying. In my last case I was quoted a price for a repair but was only charged about a quarter of the quote. Jamie explained the problem was smaller than I had described. Trust service and support all in one place almost sounds too good these days.Sure wish the appliance service in this town was a quarter of the service on what you find here. It took me a bit to remember Jamies name .Thank you Jamie you have earned my respect , so nice to have you in my corner.

Jamie is quick to respond to calls, he explains any problems in easy to understand language. Knowledgeable about software and options, let’s you know what they are, pros and cons and you make the decision, no pressure. Reasonably priced, we will continue to use this service going forward

I have been extremely satisfied with the quality of service and work done on my laptop and stand alone computer. Jamie has worked on my computers both in my home and at his office, always the service is above and beyond expected. Thanks Jamie for always being there. Jamie - the owner of OnGeek is a class above -right from his technical ability, to his exemplary customer focused attitude, to his business savvy - I have harassed him for free" over the phone a couple times and I was impressed - but today when unexpectedly my notebook hard drive crashed - I got to experience a truly unique individual - he was swamped but he dropped everything to help me in my panic - not only did he give me a sweet deal and tonnes of free advice - he took apart my computer right there

Prompt and friendly service. The 2nd time I brought the laptop in it the problem was diagnosed quickly and I believe fixed by end of day even though it was dropped off only a couple hours before closing. I picked up next day and was very happy to be charged reasonably for a new wireless card - no BS involved or extra ridiculous fees.The 1st time it was dropped off (about a year ago) it was diagnosed as needing a new harddrive at only roughly 2 years old for about $200. I'm sceptical but not a techy, so didn't have much choice. It's been working since and we are happy with the service.

Jamie was excellent to deal with...very professional and accommodating (during first month of covid). Replaced my laptop screen quickly & great price. Will go to him again when i need support or service :)
