O'Neill Funeral Home

After my mother’s passing I requested that this funeral home wait so two siblings could make arrangements together.Because of their lack of experience they had already made arrangements with my brother fifteen minutes prior to my arrival.Totally bad and horrible experience.No common decency or knowledge about grieving families.Find another.

Very nice atmosphere. Not pushy at all, but very helpful with making funeral arrangements, plus after care.

The staff at the O'Neill Funeral Home brought a level of professionalism and care to the most difficult time in my life. Melody & Kaitlin were both wonderful to deal with, and helped make every detail perfect. I can't recommend them highly enough! Thank you so much for bringing so much comfort to me & my family, and helping to make the celebration of my Mom's life such a beautiful and comforting experience!

Tyler and Connor were wonderful to work with. They made this hard process easy. My family and I were impressed with their level of professionalism since they looked young. They both did a phenomenal job, going above and beyond, checking in along the way with gentle reminders and assurance. Tyler was very informative with all questions asked. Connor had a calming funeral voice and demeanour putting you at ease, very professional. Both were extremely thoughtful thorough out the process. The space was pleasant, comfortable, and intimate. Was trying to support local Stouffville businesses, glad we picked O’Neill, had that quaint Stouffville feel. Price also seemed good, but I don’t have much experience in this department. Think my Gramz was happy with it all (RIP). The Asian gentleman Mr. So did a great job on the day of the funeral, directing us on Chinese traditions and what to do. 5 out of 5 stars, would def recommend. They also did a great job on my Gramz, they made her look healthy and ten years younger… could’ve used more foundation on the ear though, but nothing major.
