I got a bowl for take out, which had very little dressing on the bottom, the overall dish was dry and not tasty. Please add more dressing so there's enough for the whole bowl. For $16 I did not get my money's worth sadly, and I usually love Freshii at other locations.

The store manager gave us a full refund and a free bowl when we brought up quality issues. Hopefully our next meal will be satisfactory in size and quality. Our previous meal was too small, and the now premium topping of hot black beans was disgustingly salty I couldn’t eat this bowl. They are having staffing issues, which is probably why the quality was lacking for us.

Not so fresh...the tomatoes had a strange taste...staff should be a bit more relaxed...in the end this is their job,at least pretend a bit. Not going back, did not receive the overall quality what I paid for.

I have been to many Freshii’s in the GTA and this is by far the busiest one I have been to but also the most organized and not only that the staff were still friendly and courteous amongst all the pressure of a line up. They worked fast and ti tip that off, the food quality and serving size was far better than all the other Freshii locations I’ve been to!!! I will only be coming back to this one. Try the Pangoa bowl with quinoa base. Add chicken (and bacon) and substitute the BBQ sauce for cilantro-lime vinaigrette. Delicious!!

Awesome!! I asked the person taking order to help me pick the vegetable wrap and a bowl.He picked the vegetable wrap and bowl precisely that I was looking for. This was on the phone. Food was ready to be picked up on time. Super impressed!!My coworker picked up the food. I didn't visit the location, therefore cannot rate.

We got this for lunch. Overall a solid option. Kale cesaer was a little dry but just needed more dressing. Would return for a quick lunch.

Ordered Pangoa bowl plus chocolate peanut butter shake, definitely the best combination from the menu, that can easily serve 2. Great location, fresh ingredients.Cordial hospitality from the staff, clean ambience and good option for to go from your way back from work or workout.

The guys here work hard to prepare your order and provide a safe, clean place to eat. I ordered the Buddha Satay bowl, it was really good. The spicy peanut sauce was on point, the noddles were nice and warm. They have nice soups & pocket wrap combos as well. Will be back to try them!

I am so disappointed with this freshii location. In terms of quality and service, It is the worst I have ever visited. I have never experienced any issues with other locations. I ordered 3 bowls and 1 salad. ALL the items I ordered came half empty and I only found out when I got home. Complete waste of my time and cash. If you guys are going to reduce portion size, you have to reduce your price as well. Do not go to this location.

Got the Oaxaca bowl plus burrito. Gotta be the best item on the menu. Nice location, fresh ingredients. Got the deal that comes with a burrito, bowl, 2 drinks and 2 energy bite. Great combo for 2!
