Make yourself a favour, do not even go to this store. I have been struggling with them for more than a month for buying a chair which they couldnt deliver, and they finally gave me a broken chair. I dont even bother calling them back for this as I have seen enough from them. I have photos but I just keep them for now.

Been to Pearl further, Surrey, staff was impressive, however, manager Rajesh was inexperienced to serve customer. I guess needs more training.

OMG! Worst customer service. My friend bought a bed from them spending thousands dollars. When they installed head board was making cho cho noises. When they contacted the store to exchange, they said they don't have return policy. They dealt with sales rep bamed Rajesh. He has been dodging their calls and when they try to reach from a different number he heard his name and just hung up.

We have ordered from them twice and the service has always been excellent. The furniture is made with quality materials and is very durable. The delivery was fast and easy and everyone is very friendly.

I give them five stars for everything! Exceptional customer service, and beautiful well priced new furniture...I would like to take a moment to give special recognition to Prachi at the Newton store as she went above and beyond with her customer service and getting me a new delivery time after my move was a disaster and I needed to reschedule.I would also like to mention that their delivery team was also pretty fantastic they worked very well together and very efficiently to get my pieces built!I would recommend them to anyone and I would definitely shop with them again

Loved it!! Long story short, my eyecrometer was a little off. They made it very clear that there were no refunds, but once we realized it wouldn't fit, they accommodated us ,and we were able to pick a different couch, same price etc. Fantastic experience, great customer service. Highly recommend coming here!

I had a negative experience with this company's staff. They did not treat us well and did not stick to their commitments. I was disappointed with the level of service I received, and I would not recommend this company to others.

I visited this place today, they have fabulous range of furniture, including ne can get whatever one wants. On the contrary the behaviour of staff and the Manager was not appropriate so changed my mind. They need to learn to listen. Also, how to deal with customers.
