We always take time to complain. Although we never take the time to say something good!I have been using Pacha for years and I am beyond happy every time they make balloons for my events. Alex is so accomplished and wonderful at everything she does. I have never ever been disappointed. I recommend them to everyone! Great work and service!

Pacha did an incredible job on the balloon cieling work at my wedding, pictures wouldn’t donit justice. I have used them for my daughters baptism and baby shower and they never disappoint! Great prices for the great work they do, would definitely recommend them!

Spent two phone conversations explaining what decoration idea I wanted for my daughters party. It was suppose to be an elegant center peice. 7 of them.Was informed I would receive an email with the quote. That email never arrived and it took an insisted phone call requesting to speak with the manager that finally caused a response.I was then asked to wait another week by email so that the manager could take down my info. The same info I had already provided twice before to Alexandra.I was very clear on what date I needed the decorations for. I was also very clear that I had no problem picking them up.Regardless I was sent one final email from the manager again a few days later with an apology that she just came to the realization that she was booked for the date I wanted my daughters center peices for.I am disgusted at the level of service. It is obvious that this company has a selective process in deciding who they provide a service to. I have no problem with that but why waste so much of a persons time.First impressions matter.

I have used Pacha for my wedding, bridal shower, and milestone birthdays and have recommend them to all friends and family. Excellent service and great pricing for any budget. Pacha Balloon Creations did the most wonderful job for my babies' baptism reception. Their creativity made the setting special, unique and beautiful. I received so many compliments on their balloons on the day and from people looking at pictures afterwards. They were perfectly professional and provided excellent service. I can't wait to use them again!

The balloons which were done for my daughter's fourth birthday party were lovely. Claudia and another assistant arrived early and went about executing the set-up with grace, professionalism and efficiency. The overall decor was punctuated with a pallet of vibrant colors which provided the perfect touches in creating a fun vibe for a children's event. Thank you to Alexandra and her team for helping to add the 'wow' factor I was aiming for.

I can't describe the absolutely beautiful arrangements I received for my son's communion celebration from Pacha. The beautiful colours and stunning designs were more than I could have envisioned for that day. My son was beaming when he saw them all! The ladies I dealt with during my consultation and upon delivery were so friendly and knowledgeable...they knew exactly how to make that special day shine a little brighter!
