This used to be one of my favorite stores to shop at. Sadly this is not the case anymore. Cashiers are rude and take no care in handly your purchases as they scan. Most all but throw the item onto the belt after they have scanned it. Don't bother trying to price match there either. They will argue with you until you give up and pay full price. I tried to price match to Save On Foods and the cashier refused to price match because the photo in the flyer showed a different blend even though the add said ALL blends. I went to a different location and they price matched not a problem. If you want to be treated horribly by cashiers and customer service" desk associates

Had the worst experience yesterday! I usually shop from this store but i never any sort of disappointment as i had yesterday. The staff especially at self checkout counter are not professional and friendly at all! They are rude and dont care about customers. I clearly remember when i paid at self checkout counter last time, the cashier did price match for me but yesterday they refused and told me to go a regular till. I only had 3 items to pay for and now i should wait for another 30 mins just to pay for the items! What kind of customer service is that?Please if your having a bad day, dont come to work and ruin others day!

I have been frequently coming to this location for years! It is super accessible and easy to get to in South Common, and they are open later then their Walmart competitors (11 pm VS 10 pm). The store always looks nice, it's well staffed and they just about always have what I'm looking for. Definitely would recommend!

Went in looking for chicken hearts but they didn't have any so I was lucky enough to get gizzards for my little puppy. Good store you leave very cleand I like the fact that they do their best to try to keep the prices low. It's not the workers that make The prices.

Wish it was a better store because I'm a super store fan. The biggest problem is the crime around it, the unhoused folks scare people off. Doesn't bother me personally, but the store itself is old, beat up, and needs some investment, or else build a new one somewhere else. Not near enough parking. Staff seems unhappy.

What I need is quite often in stock. The prices are competitive and can do most of my shopping there finding great deals along the way. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Line ups can get long at peak times but do move quickly.

Since making this post, this store has gotten worse. The amount of food that is past it's best before or expire date is insane. I finally made a video to share.I'm really getting frustrated with the price tags not matching what I was charged and then I don't find out until I get home and by then I really don't want to go back to get a refund for $1 here or $1 there. Even though it's only a dollar or two each time, it certainly adds up quickly.

I have been placing online pc express order since 2020. I have never had any issues before. My last two orders however the produce they are sending is just rotten and has fungus on it. I have attached a picture from todays order. Please tell me how are you allowed to sell all this ? The grocery is already so expensive, you want the customer to pay money for rotten goods now? Please answer
