Excellent service, free parking and easy to find from the road.. Although the item was out of stock in their shop, and was needed quickly. Andre took the time to locate merchants with the lowest price, most near, and able to supply on the same day.

Really good service. I called a couple of auto parts, looking for a blue mirror on the driver side, and Ray suggested to get any color mirror and just pop off the cover from one mirror to another. Very kind staff and helpful as well. Thank you so much. It made my search for my part a million times easier with one simple suggestion.

There's no way to use PAT pièces d'auto as a parts supplier if you're looking online for parts.I've been looking for a set of mags for a car. They had the one I'm looking for listed on their website in the vehicles section so I wrote to the representative but they've just never replied back.A couple days later I emailed again. This time at the main info address. I made sure to include all the information and stats of the part I wanted, an alternate brand that would fit and a picture.Parts listed on your website should be available for purchase. If you don't have them, please remove them from your inventory.Don't list email addresses as means of contact if you choose not to have customers contact you by email. You could also easily have wrote back that the part is no longer available.This was a couple months and they're now responding in August that they were closed last week. The vehicle section on the webpage is now empty. Yay?

Stay away from this place!! I give them 1 star only because I can’t give them zero stars.They try to scam me into giving me half of the price we initially agree upon for a car I want to sell them. Very unprofessionals, one employee named Frank was yelling at me non stop for about 10 minutes.He keep calling me “my friend” which I consider a big offence to be called “my friend” by such a guy!! Do yourself a favour, don’t go there.A place to be avoided!!
