I wish I could give 6 stars. We ordered a dress online for my daughter and they went above and beyond to make sure the dress was the perfect fit and arrived on time. It was the most personal online shopping experience I’ve ever had and I can’t say enough good things about how great they were to deal with. Plus the dress is gorgeous.

Gorgeous clothes and a beautiful new location. I love that you can always find solid classic pieces or a chic trendy item. I have bought many items over the years and still have them all - as they are essentials in both my work and social wardrobes. The dresses abs gowns are always incredible!Both the owners are super helpful and sweet!

Terrible experience. Never received the item.I ordered a dress to attend wedding and waited 4 weeks to receive it. I contacted the seller and asked for a tracking number and they advised me it would be send in a few days but two weeks later, they told me they received the dress in the wrong size. Unfortunately I wouldn’t visit the store again and I would not recommend especially for special events since you may or may not get your dress. Very Unreliable.

I went in to get a dress for my girlfriend - as a guy, I can be a little apprehensive about going into women's stores sometimes. The staff were so awesome and helpful to me. I am not into women's fashion, but all the stuff they had really looked nice. However it was clearly the friendliness, customer service and attitude of the staff that made the experience. Will definitely be back.

After no responses to my emails regarding issue with order, I came into the store. The owner happened to be there I exchanged a dress for store credit, the owner kindly" made exception for me (they claimed they don't exchanges or refunds when their store/website clearly stated this) . It was clear I caught her out of place. She acted as if she was going to get back to me.... It was close to $200 and they said I can exchange to purchase other items in the store when I get the "gift card" with store credit. I was told I would receive and email with a copy of the store credit after waiting 30 mins for it go through. I SHOULD"VE made them give it to me right then as they stole money from me without me being able to use the store exchange $$$. I have contacted again and again to tell them I still haven't received it and been ignored. CUTE stuff - but its easy to find original source these items are from and makes me never want to support this business's curated finds anymore. Terrible customer service and frankly quite fake just to take my money! AVOID IT ALL COST.*The owner said in person she saw my messages

I've been shopping at Langsura on and off for a few years now and its truly a hit or miss experience. A few times now, I have ordered something in advance for a special occasion and it hasn't made it on time. The staff/owners dont do a whole lot to compensate besides extending an apology and throwing you a measly $10 gift card which doesn't hold much value considering the price point of their items. And the fact that I now have to go out to buy an entirely new outfit for a special event coming up while I wait for my original purchase from Langsura to arrive makes it even worse.While some of things I have ordered are quite lovely, there have been numerous items that show up not looking like they do in the photos online or they are of poor quality - 2 pieces came with holes in them- and while the mgmt apologizes they dont really offer much of a solution focused approach to recitify their wrongs and maintain a positive customer experience. So all in all..its okay.

Went in looking for a dress for engagement party, store attendant was rude and didn't even say high back. No help was offered when it was clearly needed. Will never buy or return.

They have a great selection of dresses. I was looking for a wedding guest dress and was having a hard time finding anything until I got to this store and they had multiple options I liked.
