Went through a falling tree on my roof that allowed water entry into my home. Staff was on-site in great time and was very pleasant and efficient. They came back to do repairs and worked around my schedule. The work was done thoroughly and professionally and very well organized. Extremely grateful to have this local business assist me in my time of need. Great job ServiceMaster!

I had a terrible grease/kitchen fire at my residence in Orillia. Ontario this May 2017.Paul Clements and his Crew Foreman Darryl as well as their support crew are some of the most wonderful people I have ever met.I am 53 years old and I have been in business since I eas 17. This company has a group of people that are competant respectful compassionate puntual and most of all the treat you and your family like people..not a number on a piece of paper.I would recommend this entire staff as well as their subcontracted companies.They made a terrible situation not so bad.They treated my son (of 18yrs) my 89 yr old mother myself and even our family pet our cat Tink with kid gloves".Thank you sincerely from the Blauner Family of Orillia.They will not let you down when you really need them"

They were required to do a second quote for my insurance which didn't happen until 3 weeks later. The project manager was late to the appointment time he set. They didn't check the plumbing as inspected which took several calls from the adjuster and myself to get them to send someone out. The subcontractor was not briefed on anything and was not given any instructions. It took 3 more calls to get ServiceMaster to contact the subcontractor with the report then another week to send said report to my adjuster.I don't understand how they are in business. If you live anywhere in the area, Puroclean should be your choice. They were my first choice and I have heard nothing but rave reviews from other clients of theirs.

Clean up after a flood. Very professional, friendly, and excellent work. Only drawback was that it took longer than desired due to them cleaning up after so many floods in the area (i.e. being called to other emergencies). In all fairness, they did come very quickly when my own basement flooded in the first place, so I do understand that people in crisis needed them to get in there right away as well.

When we needed some help, Servicemaster was kind of professional and fast. They offered thorough cleaning services along with professional construction work. I would highly recommend reaching out to Servicemaster when needed for insurance restoration. The staff we dealt with were professional and kind and I can’t say I’ve had a better experience with anyone else.

These guys helped my family and I through a rough time when we had a flood in our basement with 4 feet of water. It was a disaster! They helped us from when the water was still rushing in, until 2 months later when the basement was fully restored. Randy, Paul, Rick...there are so many names but literally EVERYONE within service master and the companies they subcontract to(plumbers, hvac etc) were so professional and did amazing work. I would recommend these guys for anything and if I could give them 10 stars I would! Thank you for everything :)

ServiceMaster was very prompt responding to my flood situation. My project manager, Jessica, was very approachable and prioritized issues and responded to my questions promptly and informatively. Communication tapered off as time passed and I was left a bit uncertain as to process to follow and had to reach out to ServiceMaster for updates. I was always answered within the day but top notch service would have kept me informed all the way through. All in all, ServiceMaster made this particularly stressful time much easier to manage and I would recommend their services to anyone in a similar situation.

We cant thank or say enough about Service Master. Their prompt response when our basement flooded was great. From Clean up, to the finishing of our basement it was a professional job all the way. Cole and Jordan are hard workers, polite, tidy and helpful . Rich is amazing, always checking to make sure your happy with work, he stops in to check on things regularly. This crew and company are highly recommended. Thanks for your hard work.
