Patrick was wonderful listening to what we needed in our backyard. Provided us a competitive quote, and gave a realistic timeframe within which they could complete the work (I contacted him in August and knew this might be a crunch before the summer ends!).The team at Charter Landscapes was able to come spend a day on our yard a week earlier than expected, which was wonderful! We were so pleased they prioritized us. The team was polite, quick, professional. Only spent a couple hours but did what would have taken us many days to complete. Excavated our back yard, removed all our gravel from the RV parking pad and placed new soil and sod, and an area of woodchips for our trampoline. They cleaned up after themselves beautifully and put the trampoline on the newly wood-chipped section - looks perfect. The kids got home from school and were amazed at the transformation!Patrick followed up personally the day after to make sure everything was as we wanted it. Price was as quoted. Would recommend to anyone!
