Doctor is very good but the nursing staff is poor, unprofessional, unpleasant, and rude. They should get more and more training to work in this field. Takes cash only if you buy a mask from them, i mean why not online payment?

Pathetic staff, no professionalism. Very long wait. These doctors are money greedy they just keep accepting patients and even though their is a long wait. Don't go to this place otherwise you will end up wasting your whole day.

Giving one star because cant go any lower. Went there when i had high fever and was shivering to death! All i was told by the doctor was to get an ultrasound and we’ll talk later..thats it! Like seriously!!! Give me some medicine at least so i am able enough to wait till the ultrasound test. Anything to control my fever or shivering would have helped. But all i received was a note. Worst experience ever, NEVER coming back. Please dont waste your time here.

Was sent by my doctor to see the gynecologist who was very nice and informative. However the exam room was dirty the garbage was over flowing and there was a receipt and a business card on the floor. The front desk staff were not helpful. I was instructed to call in when I was finished at the lab and they didn't want to take my message because that doctor wasnt in until the next week and her receptionist wasn't there. I do not recommend going to this walk in

If there is negative stars, will give that. Receiptionist are horrible, they lie about waiting time in urge of taking patients. Doctor's are not at all informative about problems, will sent to emergency if they are not interested. Horrible experience with Dr Seema Ahmed. Don't go as an walk-in here. I waited here for 3 plus hours with small baby, told it will be one hour wait.

If I could give zero or negative stars, I would. The reception team is highly unprofessional and unorganized. I was given incorrect information about how much a service cost and when I explained that I had previously called to get the right info before going into the clinic so I could avoid this issue, I was met with “I only work on Saturdays”. Even though this is the closest clinic to me, I would rather walk barefoot over broken glass to get help elsewhere. I hope that explains my experience.

Receptionist is horrible, first she will tell u waiting time 2 hours, after u come back 2 hours she will make u wait an hour to make sure u r waiting infront of her. Also she does change your turns based on your behavior and favoritism. Very rude, loud and unprofessional. I will find a way to complain directly in hiring department. This is not back home where you can do whatever u want. If you don't like you job moved own.

I lost my health card and my replacement has not yet come in the mail. I went to the clinic and asked if I could be pulled up in the system in this case and was told by a dismissive receptionist that I would have to pay $70.00. I am not a new patient, but she knew that. Money grabbing is apparently more important than the health of patients.

ZERO STARS!! And well deserved. I came here to get a shot for potentially being exposed to hep a and they couldn't find the bag the health official dropped off, then I got a call saying they found it so I had to go back and wait again. The clinic enforces you wear a mask or you won't be seen and asked to leave. And they also advise you only ask about one problem you have which is so ridiculous because our health care system doesn't limit us to one and it's wrong to ask patients to have multiple issues to just deal with one at the time when they come in, and if you do come in you can't come back for another issue as you will be turned away because you were already there which was what I was told once by the receptionist. Wait times vary. Sometimes it is 5 mins and others over an hour

Dr. Seema Ahmed is a very pathetic doctor with no professionalism. She didn't want to even look and touch the bruise on my wife's head. She is not worth to be a doctor.
