Best Windows, Doors and Siding

We recently had a patio door replaced with a 36 inch door and side panel. William was very helpful and professional. A pleasure to work with him. The installers did a terrific job. Checked with us to make sure we were satisfied with the installation. Highly recommend William and the crew.

May 10, 2022 Best Windows, Doors and Siding installed an entry system, (door with two sidelights), for us. Amazing team to work with. William (owner) and Stefan (sales) did what they said they would do, and on time. The installation crew arrived right on the time, I was told. Ivan (lead hand) and Rade (assistant) were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Approximately 2 hours later, they had everything cleaned up and done. We will not hesitate to call Best Windows, Doors and Siding, in the future.

About four days ago I broke a pivot pin on a silding window. I contacted William at Best Windows and told him the problem. I have what you need to fix the problem. The next day he was there to replace the part at no charge. Now, that is a company you want ro deal with. I can't sat enough good things about William at BEST Windows. William is customer focused and driven. BEST Windows and Door is the company to go to. William is a class act.

Excellent!! We are very pleased with the purchase and installation of the window Best supplied us. Stefan assisted us with the hassle free selection and size of the window. Ivan performed a great installation. This was an additional window not a replacement, therefore the exterior brick had to be cut out as well as the inside drywall and the framing needed to be done. Ivan did such a great job that you would think the window was always there. William was there at the start of the job, then returned latter in the day to be sure all our needs were taken care of. Highly recommended!!

Our experience with BEST was exceptional from start to finish, beginning with Stefan who met with us on numerous occasions to answer our many questions, and help us make wise choices. Once we agreed on a colour, style, and price tag (which stacked up very well against competitors) for each window, Stefan provided an approximate delivery date. All nineteen windows arrived on schedule and were installed very professionally within a few days. Follow up has also been above and beyond. These guys truly are the BEST. Stefan was knowledgable and kind, had excellent options and pricing, and always provided prompt updates throughout the process.The windows and door arrived on time, and the team got it all installed as soon as possible. We ordered custom made replacement windows for our family room. Large odd opening - 2 of them - almost 8 feet wide by 3 feet high. Best came and measured and sent us a quote within a few days. We were told 10 - 12 weeks from date of order. They arrived in about 16 weeks - which is fine considering how things have been these days. No complaints there. Install date was booked and they showed up. They took great care taking the old windows out and putting in the new ones. They came back the next day to do all the outside work - caulking and new aluminum. Looks great. No surprises - the bill was as originally quoted. everything was left clean - all we have to do is paint the trim. And enjoy the view! I highly recommend them!
