ordered two combos the Lg steamer and Lg Brisket combos. the steamer was returned twice due to extremly tough meat. I told staff and they replaced the first one and then the second one was the same. I notified them regarding the second sandwich but they couldn't be bothered they where too busy on their cell phones to care. Will never go back. I was a regular customer of firehouse subs but due to the customer service and poor quality of meat I will never be back

Subs are Great but Expensive.The staff has always been friendly and made my order correctly.My favorite is still the Brisket.Like all others in the chain the local photos are great you should check them out.The price is still high when you compare other subs, but they do come through with a better sub.

It was okay but I specifically asked for only Italian dressing on it not the sauce that comes with it. They put mayo and Italian on it and I do not believe in food waste so I forced myself to eat it and it was unenjoyable. I visited Friday May 6th

There subs are fresh and very good . Good quantity of meats and toppings. They were tasty.Yes you will pay a little more here than their competition but its worth it. Staff were friendly .

DISAPPOINTED! The food was meh but the real problem was the bathroom didn't have soap!!! DISGUSTING!! I had to go in the other one just to wash my hands! OMG! I had the large steak and cheese and there hardly any onions and the meat was extremely salty and a bit dry. The bread was not nearly toasted.

Sunday evening i ordered 3 large subs by phone for pick up for our family. The meatballs in my sub were burnt black on the bottoms and were hard. Very disappointed!! I think the kids working there don't care that this was someone's dinner. Why would they even put burnt meatballs in the sandwich. Did they not stir the pot all day!! What a waste of my hard earned money!! Kids are cheap to hire...but these guys really dropped the ball this time!!
