Update: Almost 3 weeks later, we get a call the bike is ready. Against my better judgement we go in. The gentleman working was very nice but it took him 3 trips to the back to find it, and when he returns he has a bike obviously too big. When we ordered the bike we’d measured my son; he’s 95 cm so we chose a 12” frame. They gave us a 16” bike! I’d taken a photo of my son by the sign and showed the worker. He was very apologetic, and said they had a 12” inch they could put together in a few days - which was what they said the first time. My toddler was already heart broken over waiting 3 weeks and then the bike being wrong, so we got a refund and will spend our money elsewhereDoes anybody work at this store? 11 days ago we put a deposit on a bike for our son. They told us it was in stock and would be ready in a few days. After a week of no calls and no one answering the phone, we went in. Still not ready, but just a few more day. We are now coming on 2 weeks - no call. We’ve tried to reach them via phone, Facebook, instagram and the website. No answers. At this point they have stolen our money and made our son cry daily wondering where his bike is. If they’d hadn’t lied to us twice, we might have been ok with the wait. Utterly ridiculous

Truly an example to other organizations on how to perfect customer service. All staff and in particular Frederic and Thomas could not be more obliging or helpful. I have not experienced service like this in a long time. I needed a bike urgently and despite me ordering the incorrect bike and despite it being in a pandemic, they pulled out all the stops and got the bike I wanted and delivered it on time, with zero hassle, just a what can I do to help attitude. Ordered a 10sp Deore 4100 crankset to finish my old steel frame build. Hoping to get it within the week to be able to ride again and i received it in half that time. Cannot be more pleased with Bicycle Quilicot as a first-time online customer! I ordered a set of bike Shimano shifters and they were dispatched the same day. Received them in factory packaging in a matter of couple of days from Montreal to Toronto area. The original parts worked well as they should. Did I mention order over $49 is free shipping?

Never have I worked so hard to spend my money. My husband and I are both former bike shop employees and managers with 30 years of riding and racing. We had done our research, knew what we wanted and should have been the easiest sale ever. We called to confirm they had the bike in stock. We were greeted by a woman, told her the bike we were after. She proceeded to tell us the $2000 bike we were interested in was “good for nothing “ and if were actually interested in riding we should buy a more expensive model. When we persevered and told her it would be suitable, we were told we would have to put down a $200 deposit and we could test ride it in “two weeks or so”. All I wanted to do is give them my money and buy a bike, seems simple enough. We left without a bike.

If I was able to give 0 stars I would. Horrible service. Liars. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. I was given a price on a bike and told them I was going to drive down to give a deposit. I showed up and was told that the bike was substantially more than I was told + on top of that I was told that I was handling the situation wrong for being angry that they lied and made me waste my time. If you're an employee, own up to your mistakes. Know your inventory.Do yourself a favor, go spend your money elsewhere.
