I highly recommend Dr.Shenker and his team at the Cosmetic Surgery Clinic, to say the procedure I underwent changed my life is an understatement. My whole experience from consultation to post op care has been exceptional, all of the nurses, support team and doctors are incredibly warm and caring. The environment is beautiful, inviting and feels very safe, Dr.Shenker even brought me a coffee after surgery which meant the world!

After having breast implants for 20years, I decided it was time to have them removed. All the staff from beginning to end were experts in helping me feel comfortable and cared for. I'll always appreciate Dr Shenker and his amazing team. Best decision ever.

I cannot say enough great things about The Cosmetic Surgery Clinic. I had an extensive surgery with Dr. Ma in October 2021 and from my first email with Barb, the patient co-odinator, I was treated with kindness and respect. Barb walked me through the whole process and was so patient with all of my questions. From my first appointment with Dr. Ma, I knew I was in great hands and had made the right choice. She listened to what I said and provided information that made me feel safe and comfortable in both knowing that she understood my needs as well as for my safety and well being. On the day of my surgery I was very nervous but all of the staff were so kind and understanding and made me feel so at ease and safe. By the time I walked into the operating room at the clinic, I was still nervous but knew I had absolutely picked the right place for my procedures and everything was going to be great. Best of all, I am so very happy with my results! Dr. Ma is an incredible surgeon and also a lovely person.Nurse Lauren provided my post-surgery care in partnership wtih Dr. Ma. She was absolutely incredible and probably my very favourite part of the whole surgery experience. She was able to see me any time I had a concern and provided incredibly comprehensive post-surgery care. She even gave me her email address to contact her 7 days a week/24 hours a day any time I had a question or concern and she always replied right away, even in the evening and on weekends. I was actually sad when I was recovered and didn't need to visit her anymore!A few months later I saw Beauty Nurse Natalie for mole and skin tag laser removal. Again, my experience was incredible. Natalie was so kind and friendly. She made sure that she fully understood what I was looking to have done and the procedure was quick and (mostly) painless. Sitting in the chair for my procedure while chatting and laughing with Natalie felt like I was just hanging out with a good friend. I've already seen Natalie one more time for follow up care and will absolutely continue to see her for ongoing treatments.If you are looking to have any sort of cosmetic procedure, The Cosmetic Surgery Clinic in Waterloo is absolutely incredible and you couldn't pick a better team to support you!

I haven't had any service at this clinic yet. I haven't been told that in order to get a full refund of consultant fee ($150) ,48hours of notice is required. I called to cancel my consultancy appointment 30 hours before and the lady who called back to confirm the confirmation just kept saying we always say that to the client! well you cannot say always at least when I haven't been told so ! big problem is that the only way of communication was automatic phone call to remind the appt day and time. no emails no text messages , no terms and conditions was sent to me. disappointing customer service before any procedure, I hope their post-surgery service is better.

I like to call Doctor Shenker Saint Robert". I had breast reduction surgery in January of 2023. The pre care and post surgery care were phenomenal

I had a procedure here a month ago, and the support and kindness I received on the day-of as well as afterwards with my follow-up care was fantastic. I truly have nothing negative to say, they are all so kind and knowledgeable there.

I had my breast augmentation done by Dr. Shenker. Back in January. Dr. Shenker made me feel very comfortable from the moment we sat down for my consultation. He’s a very knowledgeable and personable surgeon. I couldn’t be more pleased with my results!And thank you to all the lovely nurses and staff for making this such a smooth experience, Highly recommend. ☺️

Just went for a HALO treatment today and it went extremely well. Natalie was the nurse performing the procedure. She was very professional, sociable and knowledgeable. I've gone here a few times now and have nothing but great things to say. If you live in KW, just go here and save yourself the annoying trip to Toronto.
