First off. I love my bike. I have a jazzed up Santa Cruz Heckler that I have been in love with for 11 years. It's all I need to be happy on the trails. When the rear suspension blew out a few years ago, I went to a few local shops to see about a rebuild. One shop told me I needed to replace my bike! I went into Swicked, and whoever was working that day put me in touch with a guy that rebuilds suspension. I was really happy to be treated in such an honest manner by somebody who provided a solution to the problem.

No customer service skills at all. Very rude and disrespectful to customer's!!! I will never shop there again and I'd rather go somewhere else in town where they respect customer's.

The team at Swicked love to ride and understand your love of riding. I've bought a few bikes from them and get all my service done there. They always make sure I've got a bike to ride and do their best to get my bike sorted out for when I need it. Awesome shop!

Had a fantastic visit there last week! We popped in just to check it out and the staff (namely Jordan) helped us scout out local trails and was an all-round help with the little things we were after. I think that’s what impressed me, it’s not always the big ticket items that should matter. They have a great selection of product, lots of parking and a great location. It’s a must stop when in Campbell River.

Had a brake cable break (!!) the other day and went in for an emergency repair. The tech quickly replaced the cable and adjusted the brake even though he had several other jobs on the go ahead of me. I was out the door in about 10 minutes. Quick, quality service, and a really good price. Thanks!!!

I'm not an outdoor cyclist, but went in looking for a pair of indoor spin shoes.After Googling pairs and looking on Amazon, I realized I only knew enough to be dangerous. The owner totally hooked me up with an awesome pair, and even installed the clips.Instead of me trying to guess, he also knew right away which clips would clip in to the bikes at Anytime Fitness. The best part? A lot of specialty stores only cater to those really interested product, and this wasn't the case at all. Great atmosphere, the service was top notch and the owner is a total pro. If I ever get into cycling outside, they will be the place I will go! Shop local!

Great service. Ordered a bike in the morning and they had me on it, built out of the box same day. Seems like a solid bike so far. Was told about a 1 year service warranty so that's cool too. Will recommend.

I bought my bike from Swicked in 2020 and had great service then. Fast forward to 2022 and I wanted to use my bike more but I have a toddler now. I dropped in one day to see about having a seat mounted for her, they were able to set me up with the seat and a few other extras that make my bike more functional for me, I now am a daily commuter on my bike!These guys are top notch and I won't take my bike anywhere else.
