Love this store, the people that work there are amazing. Even the delivery guys have been great. During our renovations they have been very helpful and bent over backwards to ensure we get the product we want on time. The Hodgins family have been so easy to work with, along with Jeanette, Kate, Tim, Bob, Chey and Nik.

Great experience with the owner here. Went above and beyond to make sure I got the tools I needed ordered. As a small fish" in the trades I don't expect people to go out of their way to make a sale to me but Brock sure did. I will be back!"

Excellent service at Hodgins Rona in Wingham. Staff is servicing the front door efficiently during these Covid restrictions. Had fantastic help from a young lady on Friday who was able to locate exactly what I was looking for. Great attitude, very friendly.

I went to the service desk at the back of the store to inquire about a chain link fence quote.Gave the gentleman dimensions, how many of each item we would need as we’d already figured that out, and want to know how much it would be from them since you can’t see a catalogue online. (Another annoyance)He wrote everything out on a random notepad.Was told we would have our quote by the end of the week, this was Monday, May 1. I have yet to receive the quote. We were waiting to order locates and get together he’ll until we knew we had the materials.Found the fencing somewhere else. Good thing since we wanted to put it up this weekend and we were told it would be a few WEEKS before the materials came in anyway. Only after we received the quote and actually placed the order.Very disappointed.

I've worked with several of the area's surrounding suppliers as well as many throughout the GTA and I can say, hands down, the service, atmosphere and knowledge of the team here is top notch. I go out of my way to work with them and can't say enough positive things about their approach to doing business. Thanks Brock and team for making it easy for me to get projects done. :)
