We were under a deadline to get the work done and Richard and everyone else at Best Quality Roofing worked hard to make it happen on time. The roof turned out great. The roofers stayed late to make sure it got done before rain came in the next day too

Best Quality Roofing is a fantastic company. They are confident, knowledgeable, and easily accessible.Rick was always quick to respond to any inquiries I had, and he always answered the phone, even on weekends!He'd sent a worker up on a ladder to break the frozen water on top of my house's roof, which is 30 feet high!I contacted my former roofer, who installed the roof, and he informed me that if the water is frozen and leaking into the house, the plumber is responsible for repairing it! I urge against introducing R & M Gill Enterprise Ltd companies from the city when we already have wonderful people that can help us.Work description: Due to the heavy snowfall, the project is still in construction!

The roofers were hard workers, very polite and did a good clean up.Tyler took the time to explain the whys and wherefores of my concerns.I'm very happy with my new roof and skylights.

This company was an absolute pleasure to deal with. They answer their phones after hours. They have timely and professional communication. They did the job on time on very short notice.Richard was helpful, attentive and pro. We needed one minor adjustment and they sent a team back within 48 hours to make it right.Highly recommend.

We were really impressed by Best Quality Roofing's professionalism and quality of work. It did take us a while to finally get a date commitment but once that happened things moved really quickly. The crew were very friendly and respectful, kept the site very clean throughout the job and did a fantastic job. We highly recommend Best Quality Roofing and would definitely use them again if ever necessary.

Workmanship is good. I was happy TJ explained how the layers of roof materials are added, and staggered. TJ provided samples so we can understood the process. They accommodated my request to replace the roof sooner rather than later.

Overall good experience with Best Quality Roofing. They are great at responding to emails & calls and following up with any questions or concerns we had. The new roof looks fantastic and the guys did a great job. They did damage a gutter but BQ Roofing has assured us it will be replaced quickly , so no worries there. Our only concern was that the clean up was only partially done, we picked up a lot of nails from the yard, that's the only reason I didn't give 5 stars.

Excellent service ! Everything worked out well they showed up when they said they would and got the job done quickly and efficiently.
