Pulled up smoking inside of the taxi, didn’t get out to help with any luggage. The van was old and rusted. Then driver received a call while driving, answered it (not hands free) and then Proceeded to write down next address on a scrap piece of paper WHILE DRIVING!!!!! Will never use them again, regardless if the price is right or not. I’m not willing to risk my life again!!

I was driving right behind unit 733 and they cut me off then started brake checking me immediately after, at the airport and when they noticed I took a picture they started speeding out of the airport. Not very professional behaviour.

Complete joke 24/7 service, all of it seems like a lie. I called ams they just refused to come pick me up downtown Edmonton for a ride to the airport, not even far, well within their zone. Basically said they don't feel like doing it right now and to call another cab

Excellent and quick service. clean cabs . It's a quick trip into the City and the drop offs at various hotels was like a mini tour. It's really cost effective -. The driver was courteous and friendly. I will definitely use the service again .

Best taxi service I have had the pleasure of dealing with. I have been using this company for the past several years consistently for multiple reasons including airport drop off & pick ups as well as getting my wife to and from the U of A hospital for appointments. With the convenience of texting for a pick-up apt and knowing I can rely on them being there and on time I continue to use them regularly. Rates are reasonable, clean vehicles and friendly people. Highly recommended.

It would seem my credit card was compromised while using your taxi service to the airport. The card was scanned twice before going thru then no receipt offered. I returned after 10 days out of country (not using the card) & had 2 Uber Eats charges from Ontario on my statement for dates while I was Stateside. Very suspicious!!!
