She's very informative, understands your budget, and what you are looking for in your vacation. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to book a vacation. Booked a cruise through this agency. Lots of communication and assistance during booking and payment process. Once payment was made... communication stopped and assistance halted. No help with paperwork or planning. Went online and found a way to get tickets and book excursions on our own. It was as if once they received payment they were done with you. Will not use this particular agency again.

My family member tried getting a little information from them about an upcoming flight and the woman she was dealing with was very rude and unprofessional. The lady had a fit saying they weren't a free service then hung up on them. Will never use or recommend this agency to anybody.

Unbelievable service. I went on my honeymoon to Greece, and it just so happened that riots broke out there. Marlin Travel had us moved to a safe location, and organized our travel home for us at no extra expense. They truly look out for your best interests when booking, AND while you're away. It's a full service agency. The real deal. Do yourself a favour and book with them, you won't regret it.
