Ravi installed all new railings on our place and they were great. Not great at communicating.We then hired them to installed a patio cover for us. Poor communication again. After install, we asked them to move the downspout to under deck where it was gravel. He did not want to move even though it drained right to pathway. ( we were never consulted about drain spout placement) Even though it hasn't been corrected we asked for a price on another shelter roof. In the 3 months since we contacted him again, he hasn't responded to us. Good product, but very poor communication skills.

Good company. They made my project happen in recond time. The quality is awesome they willing to work with you. Very happy with all around response time. And to how fast they where able to book me get the railings in and install, 5 star service will always use hi peak from now on.

This company truck raced up next to us and swerved across the merge lane when there was no merge lane left to join, causing us to do emergency braking and avoidance at highway speeds. Inexplicably the driver waved at us after almost running us off the road. I can only guess they were somewhat acknowledging that they literally almost caused an accident. The off ramp to highway 17 has a 5 km lead up to the exit, but i guess they either didn't plan their route or thought they would save 5 seconds versus safely merging behind us. Not worth peoples lives.
