I'm not the type of person to just leave bad review, but it's been almost a I cannot let this go. Last (Thursday), I called to inquire about a car. I spoke to Vito, and I asked him if the car was still available. He said yes it is. I asked him if I can book a test drive on Saturday morning. He said that he usually doesn't work on Saturdays but he can make an exception if I was serious. So, I kind of felt bad and I assured him that I wasn't playing around with his time and that I was serious about the vehicle.He told me to meet him at 10:00am on Saturday at the dealership. I said okay, I'm coming from London (about to 2 hours away) so, it's for sure that I'll be there. He said okay, No problem.Saturday came around and I had to leave my house at 8am to be there for 10 o'clock.So that's what I did.At around 9:20am on Saturday, Vito calls me while I was on the road (already an hour in). He said I'm truly sorry
