I had my custom shutters installed into my newly built home a few weeks ago and we couldn't be happier with the service. Adriano was very accommodating with booking a time for our in-home consultation, he brought samples of just about every type of window treatment you could imagine, and he was helpful in making suggestions as to what would look great in our home. We ended up with a roller blind at our backyard door and vinyl shutters for the rest of the windows. I would highly recommend Luxury Window Coverings to anyone in need of window treatments.

This is our Third experience with Luxury Window Coverings. We are so pleased with the first two jobs they did, that we recommended them to all our next door Neighbour's for our newly built homes. Adriano came and measured the product. They were back less then 3 weeks later with a custom installation job that was perfect. I would definitely recommended Adriano and Luxury Window Coverings to anyone who is looking for a company that is friendly, professional, prompt, and offers reasonable prices. I feel as if we got treated like family.

I had an issue with my shutters. One of the arms broke and I was very frustrated. I contacted Adriano and he came to my home.He looked at the problem and he promised he would get it fixed. He said he would need to take the shutter but he would have it back in 2 weeks. We decided to have both shutters done in order for them to match.Unfortunately, the shutters took longer than expected but Adriano kept in contact. He said he would do his best to get them to me asap.He took another week but they did arrive. He came to my home and reinstalled them. We are now good as new! I'm very happy. Thanks again.

I had exceptional service when I ordered my shutters for my new home. Adriano was professional and on time for the measure. He gave me an estimated time to expect my shutters and he was right on. We did some shopping around before deciding on Luxury Window Coverings. Didn't find the price expensive at all (we were familiar with the general cost of the product). It wasn't the cheapest quote, but for the quality and service, we received a very fair and honest price. Installation was on time. 1 covering out of 15 had to be remade due to a manufacturer size error. However, Adriano was very apologetic and worked very hard to get it replaced right away. That's life! Stuff happens and this was out of his control. Realistically, this could have been the case with any company since the manufacturer was the one at fault. Having him fix the issue so promptly (less than a week) was very impressive to me and speaks to his honest character, as we had already paid the balance in full. The installers were very friendly and respectful of my home as well. Overall, I feel very satisfied with the product and especially the service I received and have already referred him to many of my colleagues.

Adriano and his team are very professional and reliable. Within a couple hours of contacting Adriano for a quote he showed up on time. He brought a great selection of roller shades, took measurements and really listened to understand what we were looking for. He made great recommendations and suggestions to suit our requirements rather than trying to sell us stuff we didn’t need and gave us a great quote on the spot. Much more affordable than the other quotes we received. After confirming the order Adriano stayed in touch over email keeping us posted on progress of the order. He scheduled the installation 2 weeks later as promised and his team showed up on time for the installation. They did a great job but during installation discovered that one of the roller covers was the wrong size. Adriano placed an order for that part right away and installed that as well after it arrived. Overall we are very happy with the service and would highly recommend this business.

I bought 5 rather expensive window coverings. Everything started out well, the consultation was booked promptly at a convenient time and I chose covering that I was happy with. Booking a reasonable installation time was a pain, but we managed it. Once I'd paid the full amount (after installation) customer service was awful. Two of the 5 window coverings were not the correct colour - that's a 40% defect rate! Adriano responded by telling me it wasn't his fault and that he sent the right order to the manufacturer - I couldn't care less I want to correct shades installed. in addition one of the shades that was the correct colour was installed too deep into the window and hits the widow handle as it goes up and down. Scheduling an appointment to fix these three problems was a huge pain as I had to chase Adriano down several times. When the installers finally came, they fixed only two of the three problems and also left a mess. I complained again and Adriano promised to fix the issue himself. I chased him down a couple of times, but in the end gave up and will just live with it. I would not use this company again due to poor customer service.

Had our whole house done by this team 6 years ago. Decided to upgrade the patio door to a motorized unit. Adriano and his team were awesome! They are thorough, professional and it's apparent they are experts. We recommend them to everyone!

We took possession of a new construction home in Richmond Hill and needed window coverings for the entire house. After reading many reviews we decided to get Adriano to provide us with a quote. He came over to the house to price the job and provided some great suggestions as well. He even came over to our the house we were renting at the time so he could see our furniture and colour scheme in order to give a more informed opinion. We then met him at his store where he provided more ideas and opinions and he was very patient while we tried to figure out what to go with. Finally we made our selections and clearly outlined when we wanted the coverings installed. He was very accommodating and assured us the coverings would be ready within our specified time frame.Due to some delays in our renovation schedule we asked him to extend the installation date on two occasions and he was nice enough to accommodate our request.Installation was smooth and done professionally. There were some minor glitches which prevented him from completing the installation the same day but Adriano handled the situation professionally and came back a few days later to finish the job.All in all my wife and I are very satisfied with the job done and love all the colours we picked for our drapes. I will most certainly recommend Luxury Window Coverings to anyone. I realize the rating system only goes to 5 but if I could I would have given him 6 out of 5. He was a pleasure to deal with!

Very satisfied with the products and services I received from Luxury Window Coverings. I had my entire home fitted with expensive custom motorized shades. Because I was spending a fair amount of money, I did my due diligence before hiring and I'm so happy I decided to go with them. Outstanding professionalism. I'm at a total loss for how some other reviewers had a bad experience with the same company because I have nothing but great things to say about Adriano and his team. I like to be very thorough and careful with who I allow in my home. A pre-requisite of signing was documentation that all contractors were WSIB insured and the company had liability insurance. The installers were clean and skilled in their trade. My house looks awesome. Thank you.
