Sunlight Chinese Food

Loved the quality and flavour of their dishes. We had spring rolls, General Tsao Chicken. Chicken Lo Mein and their House Rice. Excellent!Will be regulars.

I’ve been looking for a delicious Chinese restaurant that isn’t Hakka or Caribbean style and I’ve finally found it.Food- 5/5 Everything I tried so far was delicious and I look forward to trying more dishes. I had the spicy chicken today and definitely recommend it.Service-5/5 Take out only and the food was ready for pickup as promised. They give you extra sauces if needed without giving you attitude or charging extra.

I finally found a place I love, I had a favourite but they closed down durring covid. I have been coming here for the last 2 years and I love the food! I reccomend the shrimp lo mein extra spicy!! Soo good!

Lowered my rating.Prices have increased... not only $5 more for free delivery, but are now charging Mandarin prices & have switched to dollar-store type containers that leak & crack easily.Golden Lake Chinese food restaurant is now my go-to (food quality is much higher, take-out containers are much stronger & tighter, and their hot & sour soup is far better than Sunlight's. Too, Golden Lake's 3 free spring rolls with $40+ purchase is a nice bonus... Sunlight gives no freebies at any price point).If you're going to pay Mandarin prices, then why buy Sunlight's sub-par quality food?---------* Prices in testimonial below were during Sept/Oct 20223⭐ rating but 1 driver is super nice so gave 4⭐Sunlight does their own deliveries (free with $25+ purchase)... nice not paying the increased charges associated with the 3rd party (such as Uber eats, Door dash, and Skip the dishes)Their food is not as good as the Mandarin, but then it's not Mandarin prices either! The chicken wings taste so good,and I love that how they put a lot of oil in it too,and it taste so strong.

We decided to try Sunlight after being disappointed with our usual Chinese take-out restaurant. The food was delicious, so much better than the other place. It was ready quickly and the cashier was friendly. Will definitely go back.

We got dinner here recently and really enjoyed it. Didn't feel sick after and it was just a great option. I liked that not everything was breaded or overly saucy. That's nice when you're looking for a somewhat healthier option.

This was my our 1st time trying their food. Fried chicken and rice was delicious, deep fried chicken wings was not bad, General Tso's chicken was good as well. Shrimp dish was kind of disappointment it could have been better. Over all the food was not bad. Look like it’s a small family owned businesses give them a try.

Walked in at 9:20pm and ordered take out. Food was ready in less than 15 minutes. Everything was very fresh. Ordered comber number 3&4. Also got egg drop soup. Can't wait to come back. So much food for a good price.
