I went to get my document printed and it could not have come out any better!Mr. Athanasius, the employee that helped me was really efficient and gave me an excellent service with a great smile.He really took the time to make sure my documents were printed and assembled properly within a reasonable time.I would definitely trust these guys again next time I need to have something printed!

Bought a laptop, didnt like it and returned it next day, Tech guy seemed like hes not really happy with a return and asked me bunch of question why i want to return and whats the problem with the computer, i just said i have 14 days to return witha receipt and i just dont like it, he kept asking me again and again that why i want to return, its a good laptop, bro i dont wanna hear your comments, i dont like it, as per the policy, i have a right to return, I am sorry my tone became a bit rude and he refunded me the amount not with a smile.And anytime you go, tech people always try to sell you other useless accessories, DO NOT FALL FOR IT.

Very close to Atwater metro station. All printing services like photo, copiers, printer, luggage, lamination, mailing and office supplies available. Friendly staff and wide range of products for office supplies.

Awful experience they are unreachable by phone they literally never answer. They overcharged my credit card and it has been mission impossible to get refunded !!!!

Bureau en Gros Saint Catherine West.The store is really compact, cozy and is well organized. You can find what you're looking for most of the times.The staff are the greatest asset in the store. They are knowledgeable, helpful and very respectful.They do even help you to choose and help you to place an order for items on the website when they don't have it in stock.Next door parking is another good point.I have been costumer there for years and always happy with the quality of their products and services.You will have good experience with this store thanks to their behind the scene hard work.

Has a parking lot (hence the 3 stars…), otherwise staff is quite slow. If you have the option to go to another Staples, that’s what I recommend.

This is a horrible location. The staff is rude, abrasive, and often incompetent. I’ve submitted multiple printing orders here that they’ve gotten wrong. They never answer the phone and when you go in person they are so irritable and cruel (especially to anglophones).Not ordering anything from here ever again.
