WOW this is so yummy!!! This food ALL tastes home made (better actually). I had the green goddess salad and cran pesto sandwich and had leftovers!!! The sour dough was the tastiest ever. The RANCH sauce is NEXT LEVEL. The owner is SO sweet and she even helped me take all my food out. Wonderful friendly service and amazing food!!! Will definitely be back!

Finally tried this place out and will definitely be back! Family owned business that delivered a great lunch experience! Friendly, fast, fresh, and great value. Sante Fe salad was terrific. So glad I stopped by!

My husband and I were looking for a light dinner option. We had heard many great reviews on the local London restaurant Facebook page and decided to try it out. I ordered the Bangkok bowl and my husband ordered the Buffalo bowl. Mine was dry and lacking in sauce and substance. My husband seemed to enjoy the flavour of his bowl, however, we were both incredibly disappointed with the portion sizes. Based on the prices ($11.99 for a simple salad with a bit of rice and no protein), we likely won’t be dining here again. It’s very frustrating that after spending nearly $25 for dinner, we had to cook something else at home to eat, as we were both still hungry.EDIT: I have changed our review to 3 stars. The owner reached out and offered us a $25 gift card to give them another try. We decided to dine at the Wellington Road location the second time around. Although the portion sizes were a bit better, we were still left hungry and underwhelmed.

Extremely friendly employees, the food was incredible! I ate a spicy chicken wrap, tuna melt sandwich and 2 spicy African lentil soups. All the ingredients tasted really fresh and interesting. Portions were large and good and filling.

I have now had a wrap, salad and bowl. All have been delicious and good value for the portion size. Great staff.

Really friendly staff and tasty food. Very nice inside to eat-in. I got the southwest bowl (added chicken) which comes with salsa and sour cream. I feel like it still needs some sort of dressing because of the lettuce, maybe I would ask for a lime dressing on the side next time or something? Tasty though! I will definitely be back.

My first visit was nothing less than a disaster (I concluded that it was a staff learning experience). The salad was best described as a bowl of un-chopped leaves, and the other un-tossed ingredients virtually invisible (Each of the seven ingredients measured, I imagine, by the size of a table spoon). The second visit, given the benefit of doubt, indicated slightly more ingredients but, still, un-tossed. Questioning this phenomenon, the explanation given was, Customers were complaining that the ingredients became invisible when tossed." Ah ha! (I thought) So much for 'training' -- fewer ingredients are
