Sky High Enterprises Ltd. - Snow Removal

Will take up to two days to clear snow after a snow storm, and will only clear a section big enough to park your vehicle (you're stepping out of your vehicle into a snow bank). I have been better off shoveling the driveway myself, which I have for the most part done all season long as a result of this poor service.Today, after a snow fall I finally requested via email to have more effective service. I was met with an unprofessional response, indicating that I should not have considered we are dispatching our crews [morning after the snowfall]" to mean that snow will be cleared by end of morning. I was told that a run time is 14-16 hours long. A run of 14-16 hours after a snow fall is unreliable for over half of their clients. The company should expand their crew or reduce their clientele.The company further responded to my request for more effective service by clearing the driveway

Job poorly done (maybe half the driveway is cleared). Comes a couple of days after snow storms. Poor customer service,I tried explaining that I wasn't satisfied with some of the runs with pictures to support my comments, and the person I was corresponding with kept trying to convince me that I was wrong rather than trying to fix the issue. Will not use this service next year or ever

Signed up with Sky High for the 2021-2022 winter season for snow removal. The crew always did a great job and arrived promptly. Really enjoyed the updates on their Facebook letting customers know when crews were being deployed. Easy decision to resign with them again this season!

DON’T GO WITH THESE GUYS!These guys take at least two days to come plow my drive way. I live near downtown aswell. Since it snowed at 6:30 am today. They haven’t not come to plow the driveway once… they are refusing to pick up their phone calls aswell. Very unprofessional… almost feels like they are a scam company…. Just taking your money and maybe come plow your driveway at their own convenience once or twice in the winter…. Many better company’s to go with.

When I moved to Orléans I tried various snow clearing companies and decided to continue with Sky High. I have found their operators to be approachable and very careful when manouvering their heavy equipment in my driveway. Their shovel teams are also very obliging and do a good job.The office staff are always pleasant and I find the service reliable. I also appreciate the advance notice that they are coming since we don’t have a garage and so need to move our cars.

Last year this company destroied my AC unit outside of the house right before Christmas. I emailed them the next day and got replies very late after the holidays . They simply denied their employee did that and did not care it was dangerously hanging there without any support. (I kept the pictures and their responses)I have to call the insurance company to send someone to remove the damaged unit down to the ground and spending thousands of dollars to replace a new one later on. My insurance went up for at least three years because I made the claim.I will suggest to find another company that care and respect house owners' properties.

I took Sky High one year and loved them so I was going to take them back the following year. The following year I had was Worry Free. I was not to happy, yes in a way because my daughter paid and gave me this for my Christmas gift but I just wish she would of talked to me before to asked about the company I had so she would of known which company to take for me. My daughter lives in Toronto so she had no idea. One day we got up only to see their sign in front saying that we have snow removal for the season. Than I got an email from my daughter telling me that this was my gift for Xmas. Wow what a difference between the two company. I’m telling you it’s like night and day. This year Sky High I’m coming back. Your service is way better, your staff are so much more pleasant to deal with and they are not afraid to stop when they are flag down. Not afraid to even do more than what they are supposed to. Great staff, good company you have. This year i’m paying my self so I could get only the best. Thank you everyone!

They have not cleared our driveway once this year despite the heavy snowfall we'd been having. We were told it's because there were cars in the driveway when they came by... so after last night's storm we moved all three cars parked in our driveway onto the street so they wouldn't have an excuse not to do what they were paid for.Not only did they not come to plow the driveway, but we received 3 parking tickets for our trouble.Do yourself a favour, avoid this scam and go with another company.

Snowed all day yesterday and sky high has come by 0 times so far. Worst snow removal company I've ever had.UPDATE:These guys are such a joke! Instead of putting there bucket down and pulling the snow back away from cars they push the snow into cars! I can't even believe how incompetent this company is.

They show up after 3 days after a storm and do a terrible job. Or DON'T even show up after big storms. The whole street is complaining about them. They don't answer their phone or reply to emails at all. They're thiefs, save your money and report them. They're completely incompetent.
