Went seen my family doctor at the north gate mall location.Signs that said they will not tolerate any kind of verbal or physical abuse against the patients were posted up everywhere l.Went in to see my doctor I asked him to help me with my issues and to review my past visits to specialist, and he got really frustrated with me, and I felt he gave me deaf ears and wanted to escalate a positive visit, into a negative one.No matter how nice I explain my situation, he tried being disrespectful.I thought that sign worked both ways.Today, they only get 3 stars.Worried patient.

Worst doctor ever. Doesn't care. Pompous, arrogant, no compassion. In and out. Wears cologne. What if someone is allergic. He thinks he's god. I say God in lower case when speaking of him. I feel he is prejudice. It's my country not his. Bad man.

Receptionists were pleasant along with accommodating. The Dr was kind and helpful. X-ray technologist was courteous and showed genuine concern for my well being when X-raying my hand. Very accepting of my service dog also. Thank you to everyone

I would rate this Urgent Care Walk-In Clinic a 5* Plus due to my personal experience at it. I booked an appointment on the phone, which I needed to change. There was not any problem having this done. When I visited the rescheduled appointment on January 27, 2023, I was early arriving due to travelling by bus. I was in to see the doctor, Dr E Sadeghian, within a short wait time. She was very caring, thorough and understood my chronic illnesses. She met all of the needs I visited the clinic for that day, and I will be having a follow-up visit for my results of my blood work and other tests with her.It is a good clinic with flexible hours, including weekends, to make it convenient for everyone.

Visited this clinic yesterday. I did have to wait 20 minutes past my appointment time but that's how it was at my old clinic as well. The front desk workers were professional and efficient. As I waited I witnessed numerous people be rude and disrespectful to them for reasons that were the fault of the patient not the staff. They remained calm and professional. Show these busy hard workers some respect people. My doctor was amazing as always. Big shout out to Dr.E. The only reason I left 4 star instead of 5 is that the bathrooms are in bad shape and need to be addressed.

Horrible experience with Yvonne Udoh. She was extremely callous and rude. I had brought my 5 year old daughter in for an exam; as I was worried about her coughing. This woman refused to look her over or even check her chest. I asked for a doctors note as I needed one to take the day off to watch my girl and she proceeded to write one of the rudest , worst notes I've ever recieved. She was also very judgemental when I asked for the note and told me I didnt deserve to have one written up. It wasn't worth the $20 dollars they charged for it. I had to take my daughter elsewhere. I've been going to this clinic for years and never experienced such a bad practice. Would not recommend going to see Yvonne Udoh. She was absolutely awful and I left the clinic in tears.

Very rarely do I have any issues with this medical center. Rarely do I need to go to one. I have to say my last two visits for my son were great. I had dr. K today. They are friendly and listen to everything I have to say and not rush me. I do miss my family doctor of close to 10 years. Me and was my son's. Dr. Izekor was one of the best doctors I have ever had and hope he's back soon. I remember once I had to wait a little longer for an appointment because he was interupted by a woman who had gallbladder pains. He went in and called hospital and told them why they had to give her an altrasound or something along those lines. I thought ' this is the type of doctor I want.' One that cares for his patients. The doctors I see here seem to care the best they can even under the pressure they must be in sometimes.Thank you for all that you do with what you have to do it with.

In the last couple of weeks I have visited this clinic twice, both times I was met with friendly reception staff, short wait time and professional treatment, Dr. Sadeghian was amazing!She put me at ease and was completely lovely! Thanx to all!!!

Dr Akhtar is amazing! BUT THERE IS ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. YOU CANNOT CALL and make an appt without being on hold for over an hour! It’s absolutely outrageous! We were on hold today for over an hour and finally got in our car and drove down there. All three receptionist were sitting visiting at the front with a couple people in the waiting room. My husband who was still on hold on his cell phone when he walked in and said, how is it that anytime we call no one is ever answering this phone and they said “well we’re busy”! Awful! Get some receptionists who will answer the phones!

Dr. Shahat is the absolute worst doctor I have ever seen. Upon leaving the clinic I was genuinely concerned as to how this man had received a medical license. I came in with a broken ankle on Thursday, the reception was extremely rude and the wait time was 40+ minutes. When I finally saw the doctor he told me to go to an X-ray clinic that would be open but when I got there it was closed. He also said that he would call if it was broken and I asked if he would call either way to explain what was going on. He literally began to laugh and said, “you want me to call if it’s not broken?” I said of course I want you to call and explain what you saw on the x ray and what the source of all this pain was even if it was not a broken bone it could be a ligament. He continued to laugh and said okay I will call either way. The next day he never called and when I called he had already left for the day. I ended up reading my own medical report on my sask health record and found out that in fact it was broken and I had a fracture. I tried calling again and I was on hold for one hour. This is the worst medical clinic in Regina and possibly the world. Please go anywhere else !!
