Super helpful staff. Friendly.When you are facing the building front, the door is on the left side of the building.When I went this week the door/business was unmarked (building looked freshly painted so that might be it). Made a call and they came ou5 to wave me down.Inside it's a hot mess. Pure chaos and disorganization. But if you've reviewed their website you can make a list. There is no showroom. It's just a messy warehouse. If you have patience and want to save moula then yes. This is the place. Be prepared that it will take them time to find the goods.Overall I'm happy I went. I bought a lot of glass goods. Staff were totally fine that I wanted to inspect first as there are no exchanges or refunds. I didn't find a problem with anything.Would recommend. Just be prepared for an absolute mess.

Really large selection of wedding items, the only trouble is that it can be hard to find as it's in an industrial warehouse with just a small hand written sign. We saved a lot of money getting our stuff here!

Blown away by this place! I ordered several different types of flowers for an upcoming event and boy was I surprised when I opened up the box. For such a low price I was expecting a lower quality floral but every single flower is beautiful and realistic. Great quality too - I lost only one small wisteria flower out of the entire box. Not to mention the customer service and shipping speed! I ordered it august 28, they reached out to me the morning of the 29th saying they were out of some candles I ordered and refunded those immediately, no questions asked, and shipped it the following day. Only took a week to arrive (including the long weekend). Highly recommend these guys! Beyond impressed and cannot wait to use these at our event!

If I could give 0 stars I would.Do NOT purchase from this company, took my money and order was not delivered to my address and was not located either.they claim no responsibility for anything and won’t help me with any resolution, not a refund or even resend of the order and I honestly at this point just want the $300 back and to never deal with them again. They made me go to a local store to spend more money and repurchase all the items over again so I had something for the wedding, they don’t reply to emails or chat and when they do it’s a short “we don’t claim responsibility and don’t know what to do” . No customer service at all at this place they just steal money and don’t care about the customers

From a bride: Find a reliable business to give your money to. If I could give this 0 stars I would. The pandemic has posed logistical issues for all businesses. But I've never had a business take money, not fulfill my order and refuse to reply to my inquiries let alone refund my amount. It's been a long process and still no reply. Save yourself the headache.

As others mentioned, this place is very hard to find.Inside is just a warehouse and things aren't very organized.The staff was helpful and their prices were great. I ended up buying lots of bud vases and two disco balls and was happy with my purchase. An associate even carried everything out to my car even though I said I could manage.It would be helpful to review their website before and go in with an idea of what you're looking for.

Really easy to order, fantastic customer service via email and phone, great prices, and very speedy delivery! I bought 10 smaller vases and three very large ones for my wedding and they came packaged individually which was great. I received a call and an email on the day of the delivery to let me know they were on their way. Highly recommended.

Searching for amazing products without breaking the bank for my classes I teach as well as preparing for my parents 50th anniversary. By happenstance the web search came up with RichView Glass Co. Naturally I ordered a small order to verify the quality and I would not be disappointed. Next order was a bit higher and will continue to purchase from this site. Fast, courteous and friendly staff.These two products, dusty mauve 10 head bouquets (4 sets included) and their mercury gold vase.

My son is getting married this year and I have been working with several vendors to find the perfect decor pieces for his special day. I have purchased several great items from RichView Glass. Their customer service has been impeccable! I receive quick responses to every question asked of them. During the Pandemic they work deligently to continue their excellent service with no delays. I'll start by saying that this place was difficult to find as there was absolutely no signage whatsoever. Upon entering, the warehouse was very cluttered and messy and in some places, difficult to navigate. I brought my mother with me to shop, who is older and I worried that due to all of the stuff on the floor she could slip, so we walked around very carefully. They have shopping carts available for use, but it would be impossible to maneuver a cart down the aisles" due to all of the faux florals
