Had my daughter's 2nd birthday here, Josette & the staff were SO patient and helpful with all my questions and concerns! Day of, everything went smoothly, I had forgotten a few things but the girls were able to assist me with everything I needed. Fair price, the kids loved the play centre. Thanks ladies!

We recently had my son's birthday here. The staff were excellent to work with and the space was great! Everyone had a great time. Highly recommend using this playplace for an event.

I have almost 4 years of experience with Polkadots. My both kids were sent here. The staff is so friendly, they take care of my kids like family. Aeteana is so polite and caring with kids.

I had my daughter’s first birthday there and I did a 3 hour booking over the weekend and I have some things to address.Firstly, very nice, clean place. Not worth spending $600-$700 though. The play area was very small but at least the kids enjoyed it. Essentially you’re paying almost $15 per guest, 2 boxes of pizza, some juice and treats. The party room is also small so even just having about 25 guests could get really crowded.Secondly, I am not going to act on emotion or irrationally as I must admit that I am accountable for being nearly an hour late for my booking but it should be no issue that the employees were making it seem because I was already paying $700 to use the facility privately. Please consider that life happens and don’t give me attitude about it.Thirdly, I am also accountable that my guests and I left 30 minutes after our booking ended (8:30) but it’s important to consider how difficult it is to clean up your space, pack up the food, decorations and get your own children ready to leave and we also had to figure out how to transport all of our things back home.Furthermore, I asked for some accommodations such as paying for an extra half hour because I was late and I wanted to try to make up for it they couldn’t accommodate and that is cool, fine; At least make it clear in policy that guests must leave at the end of the booking. In fact, they have no policies on their website so how am I supposed to know if you don’t ask?Lastly, I really didn’t appreciate the attitude that the girls that worked there showed towards myself and my guest. That light skin girl that works there especially I’m talking about you. Your facial expressions towards me, my family and my guests were unfavourable. Don’t you ever in your life do that again. I let a lot of things slide but ALL of my guests noticed that you had an attitude and were making rude faces and rolling your eyes at us. That is blatantly disrespectful. Honestly, due to how much that bothered me I honestly really considered going back to give you a piece of my mind but I decided it was the right thing to just leave a review.Overall I was polite, I tried to be as considerate as much as possible. It was the same for my guests. But if you ever consider spending your money here just be sure to be on time for your booking and leave on time. Otherwise, for the space, “amenities”, and other things they provide in their packages, plus the obvious contempt towards customers, I would not advise it.

Play area is not that big and not a lot to enjoy for kids. Good for couple of hrs at the max and thats it. $10.75 per child including toddler, doenst make sense. For children over the age of 2 years it should be fine not for children less than 2yrs old. Also, they charge for each attending parent. Location is decent if you are local and enough parking available at the plaza

We recently celebrated our son's 5th birthday here. This is a great place for kids. Neat and clean. All the kids who came to the party enjoyed themselves . Even little toddlers had a great time in the separate area designated for them . Our hostess was absolutely amazing, very helpful with putting up decorations, checking with us from time to time if we needed anything. All in all a very satisfying experience for us. Would definitely recommend this place to all my family and friends.

Hands down the best staff ever! Always so loving and caring and supportive to the kids. The owner is one of a kind! So many great programs offered year round my children never want to leave. It's more than just a great playplace to host parties or have play dates. The educational programming is top tier! I highly recommend!

It was great place before covid but now they are charging fees for adults as well, seriously. Adults are there to just watch kids and you are charging $14. I don’t think it is fair to charge extra for guardians. Worst experience after covid, everyone wants to monetize inflation overhead. NEVER GOING TO VISIT AGAIN. BEST OF LUCK FOR YOUR FUTURE.

We celebrated our son’s 8th birthday here. Kids really had a blast . Its a small place but honestly its so easy to locate kids here than at an unnecessary bigger place where you yourself get lost and there’s no clue of where the kids are. Its a perfect place for a gathering of around 15 kids as per its capacity. Staff was cooperative and pretty much available to help you out . I would recommend this place . It was a pleasant experience here❤️❤️

We celebrated our daughter’s 4th birthday here and our experience was great. Staff is very friendly, accommodating and takes care of all arrangements professionally, play area is good for age 2 to 7. Make sure you bring additional socks as it’s mandatory for all (kids and adults). Highly recommended.
