Excellent service from Sherry (Gurlivleen) at this location. I have been doing my auto insurance with Sherry for the 2nd year now, and always got excellent advice, then recently went on to do my home insurance and motorcycle insurance with her as well. Would not go see anyone else. She is very diligent in her work and dedicated to helping her clients. Very professional and fast service.

Another recommendation for a different reason. After 9 years of paying the premiums for home and contents insurance I thought I had the best policy available. Evan Powroznik offered to review my insurance and very quickly found an alternate policy that provided higher coverage at a lower rate. I have no hesitation recommending Evan as someone that looks after his clients and has their best interests in mind.

I worked with one of their rep - Leili for the car insurance and the experience was exceptional.It was for the car insurance and i was provided with very good options with all pros and cons. She spent good amount of time explaining every single detail related to the plans.My overall experience has been amazing and will return back for any of my insurance needs in future.Will highly reconsider this agency and Leili especially.

Coming to this location to register my car from out of province and purchase insurance was a massive mistake. Not only did I receive terrible/incorrect advice, multiple errors were made by various employees which cost me hundreds of dollars. No accountability or ownership from the employees about any of the mistakes they made.
